Edmund saw the witch ingore him and enter the terrible castle, he began running again and entered the gates....not noticing all the statues frozen cruely, he ran for the witch in her throne thinking of nothing but revenge and turkish delight

Jadis could hear the light sound of footsteps running through her frozen halls. She sat taller in her throne and crossed her legs. The color of her throne room turned into an emerald green.

edmund ran into the room and collapsed right in front of the frozen witch, scraping his knees in the ice on the floor, he bowed and out of breath waited for jadis to speak

Jadis smiled softly as Edmund bowed before her. She clasped her hands and said softly, "My dear child, it is so nice to see you again." Shifting in her seat she said, "And where are your brothers and sisters?"

Edmund shivered, even though the witch was being nice "i left them to come here, they went towards some ...uh...faun's house....tumos..uh, no....tomos...oh! something of the sort"

edmund recoiled, what if the faun was right? no! a witch wouldnt be so nice....a faun wouldnt give me turkish delight "the faun said you were an evil witch"

Jadis' gaze softened as she laughed lightly, "A witch? Did he really say that?" She threw her head back in laughter. "Why, my boy, the faun is jealous don't you see? I am no witch but a Queen.....Queen of Narnia!"
She continued on with her fake giggles and smiles. Patting the seat of her throne, she said, "Come sit with me on my throne."

Edmund was immensly relieved, he came right up and sat next to the quee, he felt somehow colder under that coat than in the floor of ice

Jadis' eyes grew large and upset. She stood up quickly, reaching her full height and screamed, "TURKISH DELIGHT!!!" Her voice echoed through the throne room and halls.
Realizing she may have frightened Edmund, she played it off. "Why of course, you may," she said softly.
Clapping her hands she yelled, "DWARF!"

edmunt jumped a whole foot and when he saw the witch agree and send for the dwarf he thought she just might be mad, he didnt show it thoug, wanting the turkish delight as he did he smiled weakly and said "thank you" in a tiny, tiny voice
