Ok i am making a new contest just because i feel like it and its a chance for people to practice making banners and to get to know poeple i guess
lol
who knows i may have like little awards at the end
so the topic is LOTR it has to be a quote from the movies and it can be anything!
I would like to have the entries in by September the 25th  and anyone can enter
