Ari trotted beside Nick, chattering as fast or faster than Jasmine, who looked vaguely bored. Poor Nick was starting to look frazzled, and entered the doors muttering, "I hope someone I know who doesn't like to talk nonstop comes along soon."

Shade couldn't help noticing the "poor chap" as he called eariler now being taunted by two girls and he said, "I'll catch ya later, Layien." Layien turned back and said, "K." Then, Shade walked back and said, "Excuse me, ladies, but I have been wanting to talk to my friend here all summer...I'll let him catch up to you later." Shade was and always is an mystrious fellow, so not many girls talked to him for he scared them, but every girl agreed he was dang right hot. So, whenever he talked to one of them, they usually turned silent and back away, leaving him or blushing deep red and running off, giggling.

Three more students, all either in sixth or seventh year, by the looks of it, passed by the intimidating looking professor quickly, then continued on their way up to the castle. The girl inbetween the two boys looked bored as she was caught in the middle of their banter.

Jasmine fell behind Nick and Ariana, and looked around for a new victim. "Hi!" she said brightly, holding out a hand to a girl who looked bored. "I'm Jasmine. I think I probably should have met you, having gone here for a couple of years, but you know, it seems like this place is filled with new people every time you turn a corner!" She shrugged apologetically, wich a grin.

Raven, a little surprised by the sudden appearance of the other girl, took and shook the proffered hand, while stepping out from between her brother and his friend. "I'm Raven." she said, in way of introducing herself.

Layien walked into the halls, and quickly tok an detour towards the Professors room. She took out her wand as she reached her door and whispered, "Alohomora." The door made an CLICK sound and Layien pushed it open. She went in and walked over to an small cage and said, " 'Ello, Sea! Long time no see!" She reached into the cage and picked up a green colored snake, which wrapped itself around her wrist, hissing its welcome. She then walked out of the room, locking the door behind her and running to get to the Great Hall.
Shade on the other hand, smiled as the girls left, one by one.

"Really? What's his name? Was he one of those blokes back there?" asked Jasmine curiously. "I always thought he was rather good-looking," she said with a slightly apologetic laugh.

Raven couldn't help but laugh. "His name's Aaron, and he's a right goofball. He's the dark-haired one, and the blond guy is our friend, Jeremy. He's in Hope."

Just became a college freshman; be on sparingly

Bindi watched as the ships came around the turn to reveal the school. Bindi smiled she was glad to be back even though she didn't have very many friends if any at all. She was never much of a talker, mostly kept to herself.

Bindi sat on the boat being quiet as a mouse, she just watched as they came closer to the bank with the stairs. Soon the boats came to a stop one by one. She steped out onto the cold stone that led up to the stairs and then up to the school. She watched as tons of students began the climb, she herself stood in place for a moment and then joined them. Her head down as she looked at the ground, she was quit shy. She heard a voice call to her and she slightly lifted her head "good to see you again Bindi, i look forward to seeing you in class." Bindi saw that it was her professor from Care of Magical Creatures, Miss Forest. "Hello Professor, good to see you again as well" Bindi muttered out as she gave the professor a slight smile. Then Bindi headed on her way up the stairs and past a group of friends.

Bindi found herself walking next to a boy, whom she believed to be from Peace but she wasn't sure. Then she heard somebody say his name, it was Jeremy. Bindi looked up from the ground to look at him for a moment, her long hair falling in her face slightly. He was handsome, tall with longish blond hair and beautiful blue eyes. She smiled and then quickly looked back down to the ground and headed to the Great Hall.

Interrupted from his thoughts as he realized someone was looking at him, he turned to said person and started to say something along the effect of, "Draw a picture, it'll last longer", but the words died on his lips, realizing the girl was smiling at him..shaking it off as she looked away, he returned to his thoughts again.

Bindi noticed that Jeremy had noticed her looking at him and he looked at her in return. She was glad that she had put her head back down before he looked her way. She would not know what to do if they had looked at one another eye to eye. She never really talked and she would be loss for words. Bindi pulled her bag to the front so that she could look inside. She wanted to make sure she had everything that she needed, and make sure she had not forgotten her reading glasses. She would do anything to take her mind of Jeremy and what had just happened, she didn't like the feeling of being nervous.

Eve stepped into the corridor. "Excuse me, lovebirds, but you're blocking the corridor, some of us actually care if we're late for classes." she said in a commanding voice, that seemed too loud for her slim, willowy frame.
