I love your new wallpaper!!!!! I really like the border a LOT!!! It really stands out and gives it a complete and beautiful look. The colors are perfect.
Overall really, really well done.
Your susan/anna banner set is amazing. I really like what you did with the text. The background is almost burned out, but she is bright and clear. I really love it!!

Anyway, the colors work really well on this banner, as does the clarity/texture of the pictures (the big question - did you end up using a texture or not?  ). Nice work _________________

Nice work No texture, surprisingly! Because like you said, it would cover up the clarity so I just used some fill layers.
