Jadis walked closer to Edmund, towering over him like a nightmare, as he laid on the floor in pain. She smiled gently and placed her hands behind her back.
She bent forward and looked down at him. "What did I say?" she said soothingly.

The dwarf scuttled away from Edmund, as soon as the little brat had stopped attacking him.
But, he saw what was unfolding between Jadis and Edmund, and he immediately let out a small mocking giggle.
