Remus flicked Sirius a disgruntled look but couldn't keep the indignant veneer up for long. Soon he was grinning just as merrily as Sirius was.

Professor Slughorn walked into the class a moment later and asked everyone to take out their report on Aurors.

On the other side of the class, Lily found herself absently staring at James, Sirius and Remus. She hastily looked away, and whipped out her meticulously researched report, written in tiny neat handwriting, and studiously not looking over at the others.

Pulling out his now slightly-curled report, blotched in several places by ink blots, Sirius squinted at the writing, making sure it looked all right. That was the last time he tried to pull an all-nighter..

James pulled out his Auror report. The writing was a little more legible than Sirius's. They had both stayed up all night writing them. He was actually really proud of it. He did work hard on researching. Yawning and stretching, he found himself extremely tired and rather hungry, having skipped breakfast and all. His eyes wandered around the room and landed on Lily Evans. He grinned lopsidedly and then his mind wandered away.
"Potter, your report." He heard Slughorn say.
"Oh, sorry sir." James said passing his report to the professor.

Severus sat across the room. He rolled his eye's at Potter. He fliped open his book on aurors and wrote a little more. Knowning that is was a little lenghtly. Almost to long.
"Mr. Snape, report, what every who just add will not be counted." Slughorn said.
"Yes, sir."Snape said, and turned back to his book. So much for borrowing this book. He thought.

Ella took out her report and placed it on the desk in front her, it was definatlyey neater then her usual, thats if she was bothered to do essays. She leaned back into her chair and looked around the room.

Scarlett had to see Serius, to tell him, she couldn't go with him, word had got round, he didn't want to go with her. She could feel the tears welling, she really like him, it was cruel to say yes.
