I know! I thought the same thing! Perhaps... perhaps it is showing how close they were? *ponders*

I love how the effects of his ageing slowly fade from his face. It's very...vivid and fascinating. Does that make sense ?

Makes perfect sense.
And if you pay *close* attention, he is still growing yet younger when he walks outside. *nod*

O.K. Thanks . Ya, I think I noticed that. Good call, though, Fencing Maiden!

- I absolutely looooove Sam's speech "The Tales That Really Mattered." (It's also one of my favorite parts in the book.) - Another scene that I really appreciate is "Where is the Horse and the Rider." It's taken directly from Tolkien, and the language is beautiful. (the poem is actually Tolkien's adaptation of the Anglo-Saxon poem "The Wanderer.") In the same way, "Arwen's Fate is also a great scene straight from Tolkien. I could go on and on, but it would probably take up a whole page... the movie is full of wonderful scenes.

I liked the warg attack, when Legolas gives the Evenstar back to Aragorn, oh the look on Aragorns face makes me want to laugh.

I like all scenes with Grima, they are so powerful! But first Treebeard scene is also very good. It's difficult to choose just few.

Treebeard, realizing that Saruman has betrayed him and killed all of his friends. It's heartbreaking, but at the same time it shows just how strong the ents are. They might be all slow and "this is no matter for us", but when it comes down to it they do care about Middle-Earth and they do care about each other specifically.
