Hope this hasn't been done already..
But, what are some of the worst movies you have watched?
I think the one that tops my list is a movie called 'Stranded' - its about a bunch of astronauts that crash into Mars and only have a couple hours left of oxygen - the acting is absolutely pathetic.

.......

Geesh. They're so many that I've hated but one of them has got to be the Blair Witch Project. Eew. I felt so ripped off. I seriously left the theater saying, "WHAT A JIB."

The Grudge: Ridiculously cliched and unscary
Date Movie: Unfunny and boring
Material Girls: The story has been done before, and better and the acting is horrible
War of the Worlds: The characters (especially Dakota Fanning) are annoying and unlikeable, and the ending was done poorly.

Napolean Dynamite: What is this film supposed to be?? A comedy? I found it deeply unfunny and can't believe I watched half of it. Mainly to see if it got any better. It didn't.

Driven: Supposedly a movie about Formula 1 racing. But it looked more like a cross between Nascar and CHAMP. Regardless, this movie made me want to scratch my eyes out it was so bad.

The Vikings: Ye olde b&w movie starring Kirk Douglas, Tony Curtis and Ernest Borgnine (ask yer folks). Shamefully bad portrayals and accents. I had this recommended by an aquaintance. When it was over I was left wondering what I had done to offend them so badly they'd tell me to watch this rubbish.

The recent remake of the NeverEnding Story! It was an insult to modern filmmaking, the books and to the old '80s films. I couldn't even finish it without feeling sick :yuck:

Aww I LOVE the Blair Witch Project. One of the scariest films I've ever seen. The psychological, supernatural horror is just brilliant! But I guess that's just me :p

I've seen snippets of Napoleon Dynamite. It made me yawn. I just don't get the hype about it.

It's awful. Truly awful.
If it was supposed to be a comedy, I didn't get the joke.
:annoyed2:

Grease. I hate it with a passion...MI3 was a huge let down and I avoid anything Harry Potter related or starring Lindsay Lohan. The words 'paint' and 'dry' spring to mind when the above are mentioned...:P

Aww I loved Napoleon Dynatime. I found it hilarious but then I'm complete dork so that's not that suprising.

I can't think of any movies at the moment that I dislike, probably because I've forced them out of my mind. But a couple months ago I went to blockbuster with my parents and the movie Ultraviolet had just come out and one of the employees was walking around the store telling people not to rent it because it was such a horrible movie. I thought that was kind of funny.

King Solomon's Mines. That movie is SO BAD.

And a ton of kid's movies that I've seen (I have four younger siblings).

And Star Wars Episode I: Phantom Menace. Will say nothing in that regard, because I want to respect the Star Wars fans.

Home on the Range *rolls eyes* I'm not even sure why I went to see that one. I know it's a kid's movie, but still.

Journey to the Center of the Earth, and older version. I saw a 30 minute Wishbone show that was closer to the book plot! lol And that woman-Mary Sue alert! lol.

Those are the only movies I've really despised that I can think of right now. There might be more. lol

ugh.. Napoleon Dynamite.. my mates find it hilarious.. I just cant seem to find it funny.. glad to know I'm not the only one ^^

Personally, I can't stand HP.. but I won't go on about it out of pure respect for those fans out there.

I just remembered another movie I can't stand - Finding Nemo.. and it was such a big hit! I get soo irritated by Nemo's voice!

And then there is 'The Day after Tomorrow' - ugh.. terrible.. I prefer 'Category 6 Day of Destruction'..or even better - 'Twister' ..
