Not just The Chronicles of Narnia, but the rest of his books. I've read all the Chronicles except the last battle (don't get me on that, I will) I read The Great Divorice, and Perelandra (except the very end.) Have any of you read these or other Lewis books?

Well, all the Narnia books about 10 times each, and The Screwtape Letters, which is absolutely fantastic. I highly reccomend it. Its satire but in a humbling kind of way. I've also read bits and pieces of Mere Christianity, and intend to finish it someday. I just love CS Lewis.

I love Narnia, I've read it so many time over the last ten years. I've also read all of the Space Trilogy (Out of the Silent Planet, Perelandra and That Hideous Strength) which I really liked. I found Perelandra hard going and confusing, but I read it first so it didn't make as much sense. Out of the Silent Planet was surprisingly easy to read (in comparison) and I finished That Hideous Strength late at night because I couldn't put it down! :)
I've also read bits and pieces of essays CS Lewis has written - I've got a book of essays on Literature and Writing which is really good.

I love C. S, Lewis! The only books of his I've read are The Chronicles of Narnia, but those are absolutely wonderful. Of course, I wouldn't expect less form someone who was the good friend of Tolkien. I'm very interested to read The Screwtape Letters, but I don't know much about any of his other books. I'll have to add some of these to my lsit of things to look into/ tell my family to get me for Christmas. :P

i've read the chronicles of narnia about a million times since i was seven and i've also read his ransom trilogy (out of the silent planet, perelandra, that hideous strength). i absolutely love the chronicles and they'll always have a special place in my heart, but i wasn't so keen on the ransom books. i intend on getting round to the screwtape letters, the great divorce and some of his non-fiction writings on christianity at some point.

i'd love to have been present for some of lewis and tolkien's 'discussions' - they didn't seem to agree on very much at all. i think i'd have sided with tolkien on most stuff.

C.S. is such a great writer. I've heard that the three reatest british authors were milton, shakepeare, and chaucer, but in my book they're Tolkien, Lewis, and Brian Jaques.

I love Lewis! It's my goal in life to read all his books.
So far, I've read:
Narnia
Space Tril
Til We Have Faces (best Lewis book in my opinion)
Mere Christianity
Problem of Pain
A Grief Observed
Abolition of Man
Four Loves
Screwtape
Letters to Malcolm
The Weight of Glory
Surprised By Joy

I've also dipped into his poetry a bit, but certainly not read all of it.

I've read Narnia and started the Screwtape letters. I'm planning to read 'The Pilgrim's Regress' and the Sci-fi trilogy he wrote this school year.
