Chris nodded and felt relieved they would actually do something. He clumsy tried to support Nessa, but then stared at the ground as he started to blush and glanced at Mark. "We'll find something.. " he promised.

Nessa pointed through the thick trees. "Is that water? It looks like it - oh, I bet there are poisonous fish in this one or something," she added in disgust. "Just because - why should anything be easy?"

Mark held back from dashing toward the water in the distance. He wanted so badly to drink it but he was afraid...not of poisonous fish....but of attracting other dinosaurs. At the thought of this he scooted a little closer to Nessa.

Alex heard nothing of the more rational exchange between Chris, Nessa, and Mark. After the rather conspicious POW, he fell back clutching his nose.
His nose hurt like hell. And hey, look... blood...
"You're funny, man," he said flatly, trying to quell the dizziness.
More blood... maybe they'd have to amputate his nose as well... Look at all the pretty birdies flying around his head....
Alex balled his hand into a fist and socked Jimmy right on back. He didn't stop there. With a growl, he jumped right on top of Jimmy and began punching wherever he could find an opening.

"OW! HEY STOP! GET OFF OF ME MAN!" Jimmy screamed from beneath Alex's weight and punches.
Jimmy tried to hit back, but seeing as though half of him couldn't move, he was really getting the snot knocked out of him.

Chris cursed as he turned his head and saw the fight which was going on. "They're seriously able to kill each other." He made sure Nessa stood steady and ran back to the fighting couple.
"Kids, play time is over!" he shouted as he took Alex by the collar of his shirt and threw him with force off Jimmy. "I had enough of this."
He breathed heavily in and out, but decided not to waste anymore time and walked back to Nessa and Mark saying with a hoarse voice: "Lets go.."

Nessa looked disgusted. "Of all the immature..." she muttered, trailing off. "Why couldn't I get stuck here with a few more rational people?"

Alex flew backwards and landed on his butt. He glared at Jimmy and Chris in turn before gingerly climbing to his feet, breathing hard and feeling more pain explode in his chest.
With a last curse, he staggered off after Nessa and Chris.

Mark watched Chris rush Alex and Jimmy. His blue eyes shifted upward to Nessa, "Why are they fighting? Is it over that cool CD player?" He pointed toward the black CD player on the ground.

"Sorry.." Chris mumbled "I couldn't just let him beat up Jimmy.." He looked at the sun which had almost disappeared behind the trees, though the air was still hot. He noticed that at once there seemed much more insects in the air.
"What kind of bugs are these?" he mumbled annoyed as he tried to sweep the bugs of his arm, but they seemed to be stuck on his skin.

Nessa batted at a swarm of them in front of her face, grimacing. "Annoying little things," she observed. "I suppose we should find a place to spend the night before we do anything else," she continued, with a longing glance at the water.

Jimmy sighed in relief as Alex was off him.
But soon that face of satisfaction, was erased off in a flash.
"Hey.." Jimmy laughed nervously, "Whe-where you all going?"

Mark swatted at the bugs as well. "ICK! Go away! Go away!" he said softly.
Hearing Nessa's statement about finding shelter first made him mad. "NO! I want a drink first! I'm so thirsty! Please! I want a drink!" he wined.

Nessa looked at Mark in surprise. "We need somewhere to sleep," she reasoned. "Besides, you can run and get a drink of water if you like," she added after a moment's hesitation.

"But didn't you say that it looked like it had poisonous fish in it? Isn't that bad to drink from?" he said slightly confused. Licking his dry lips, his eyes shifted from the water back to Nessa.
Within the blink of an eye, Mark dashed away toward the water. He knelt down and scooped up some in his hands. Slurping the water into his mouth, he drank heavily.
