I was surfing on the net for Tolkien stuff and found this site. I am a girl from Norway ( you know, the Vikings ). I'm a really dedicated Tolkien fan and whenever I have a free moment you'll see me read in one of his books. I'm sorry if my english isn't so good but I hope you can forgive me. I dont have any friends who is very interested in Tolkien so I tought it would be fun to see what its like here. And if you wonder, Aftenstjerne means Evenstar I actually loved the films but of course the nothing beats the books!

Aftenstjerne is what they've translated Evenstar into in Norwegian. It's directly translated, actually. Even(ing)=aften, star=stjerne. Evenstar=Aftenstjerne
I'd forgotten about it, though. It sounds really... strange to me. I'm almost ashamed, to have forgotten a LotR name - in my own language *goes to corner and is ashamed of self*
