Helen blinked a couple of times, smiling slightly when her eyes finally rested on Paris, she had to admit she was a hard sleeper, and hearing the thunderous noise from outside the gates of Troy scared her a little.
"Morning Paris" She leaned over and kissed him softly before sitting up fully in their bed.

Paris sat up as well, but with a troublesome look in his eyes. His stomach was in knots.....he had never fought in a real battle before nor ever killed a man......would he be able to do it.....
Without a word, Paris held Helen in his arms tightly and trembled. He did not want Helen to be alone if he was killed.....he did not Menelaos to have her back.....he did not want Helen to be sorrowful or fearful if he was gone..... "Tell me you love me," he whispered in her ear.

Helen gasped when hands went around her, but quickly calmed and returned the embrace, holding Paris close and stroking his hair, running fingers through his soft curls. She hated seeing Paris this way, she could see the fear and little hope beneath those eyes and the killed her, killed her knowing she was the cause of said pain.
"I love you Paris, more than the gods give me right too."

Paris cherished this moment more than ever. His heartbeat became rapid as his nerves sent him shaking in fear. He kissed her softly on the lips and then released his grasp around her.
He slid out of bed and walked out onto the balcony and breathed in the fresh salty morning air. This was the day....
He turned and walked back to the bedroom. "I must get ready for the battle, Helen," he said trying to sound calm and brave. He then walked into the next room and toward the small closet that held his armor.

Patricles walked up to Achilles. "I am ready to fight. I know that im ready i have been trained by you and i can do this just give me a chance!" he was already yelling for he knew the argument that he would throw back.

(okay...briseis has been taken to achille's tent again...and its the morning of the fight...got it)
Briseis was sleeping when she was awoken by the sound of arguing, he saw achilles and another younger man saying something, she couldnt tell because the pain in her head was unbearable, she groaned softly as she strained to remember what had happened to her...
