Hey Sam, I was just wondering how do you make the pictures on your banners look...well not blury but um...Soft? The picture just looks very soft and kind of glowing... it looks very pretty!(On your Luna banner)

*scratches head* I used about a thousand different overlapping effects that I can't remember on that one...
in psp, if you merge all, and then duplicate the layer, you can go 'adjust'-'blur'-'guassian blur'. then, you set that layer to a soft light or screen mode...i think i used both on my luna one sorry if that's kinda confusing!
