Sorry to hear about your accident Weeziey, hope everything's ok. My Dancer's four and she loves to test the heck out of me! At the fairgrounds, I attempted to ride her at night, but she was being such a brat! She wouldn't hold still for me as I was trying to get on and when I tried to bend her, she would fight me. I won, but having a young horse can be really annoying!

Is anybody going to Quater Horse Congress in Columbus Ohio? I'm going this Saturday (hopefully if my dad can get his farming done...)

yeah TrueNarnian you may join ill put you on the members list!

yeah i have a little story of my own to tell y'all
so i was riding this horse named Magic Fingers on Tuesday and hes nornally this slow sluggish thing and DOESNT spook at ALL. So after a while he startes going really fast which is NOT normal for him. So i am going to do these canter poles and he starts cantering so i swerve him around into a tight circle so he will slow down and walk and he kinda spooked then at the far end of the arena he spooked and i had very little rein contact because we were walking and he started bucking and i stayed on fro about 10 secs. and he bucked me off and i did a flip in the ground and he wouldnt stop bucking he like came back for me and started bucking and wouldn't stop. poor thing. and then i got to ride my baby named Tonto! hes this amazxing little draft mix piebald! soooo cute.

here's a pick of my baby the JUMPING cow!

That is always cool when you find a famous bloodline.

Quater Horse Congress was great! It's very pricy though, but I loved it! They had a lot of showmenship and halter classes and I watched the those classes and I got some tips, but the best part was the merchandise. My favorite was the show bridles and the halters. I found a pretty seafoam green halter that would look really good on Dancer and a couple of others that had two colors mixed together like purple and green. They had matching lead ropes too. The Show bridles were really pretty. One had blue crystals and another had silver beading around the ear pieces. The only thing we bought was a pretzel and drink. Everything else was expensive!
