I suppose I like doing Cross Country & Track, mainly in CC you just run, but there are tons of events in Track. I mainly do all the running-type-stuff in Track, 100 meter dash, the mile, etc

becuse Track rocks. I love it to, i love running, knowing that in Crosscountry i'm pushing my self to the limit (we have large grounds so we have to go through a streep up steep inclines and through woods) and knowing in sprinting that i'm going to win or that if i'm not someone really good is going to beat me which means i now have a challenger and therefore a target. It's mainly the adrenaline i guess, all i know is i get a real buzz after sprinting for a mile.
I also love Javaline, long jump, shot putt and discus. I have quite a long range and i just love throwing heavey things and seeing them hit the ground a long way off. My favriot has to be shot putt, you can really feel the waight, and therefore its eiser to throw a long distance.
