I know, but again, I have no idea how much this Tyler Perry knows. I know back when some insiders were telling us about Jack's death, they simply knew that he went down with his ship and had no clue about Elizabeth's involvement. Even Orlando didn't know until the moment it happened. So it's always possible for the story to be changed slightly due to perspective.

Hmm...Orlando not knowing would make for a good reaction, I guess.
I hope Elizabeth doesn't die. Maybe, Tia is sort of half-godess or something weird, and she sacrifices her self that's left to become a ghostish thing. Or something. Hmmmm?....Elizabeth dies?......AWESOME!!!! I'm for that...
As for murdering the script writers, I will gladly join any club that is possibly being started! I'd be sad if Elizabeth died because Will would be sad...
My perfect AWE ending: Elizabeth stops being a piratey jerk and looses all interest in Jack, Will and Elizabeth marry, Norrington goes good again (I wasn't too happy about him in DMC), Bootstrap is freed and lives somewhere near Will and Elizabeth, and Jack somehow gets the Black Pearl back and goes off sailing and pirating, as usual. Very unlikely ending, but that's what I'd like!

To be honest I think it would be great if there were a death. Life isnt always about the ultimate perfect ending, and the film would have that much more of an impact.
For example, the Film 'Serenity' that came after the series 'Firefly'. One of the main characters was killed off during the film and it was so utterly shocking it made the movie have so much mroe of an impact.
You also want to see characters go through a few more emotions that just 'happy' and 'angry'.
I'd be much more pleased with the ending of the film if they do kill someone off, do something drastic like that. I really wouldnt be impressed if it were another cheesy sort of happy ending movie.

I can just imagine the poor devastated fan-girls calling for the writers blood if they ever killed off will...
I might enjoy that....but then I'm just evil ^_^

Yeah, I like bittersweet endings, like in LotR.
And I kind of think norrington will die, but I'd like it if he became a pirate on Jack's ship instead of being a high and mighty navy officer again.
But I don't mind the idea of Elizabeth dying
