ANOUNCEMENT: The origional due date was tomorrow, but I believe I shall move it back to Saturday to allow more time for everyone to get their entries in.

Is that a brush (the flowers)? If so, where did you find it? Because I really like it.

Yes it's a brush. Go to Imagination, here is a link http://nadine.fan-arts.net/ . It's kind of confusing, but press enter, then there should be little tabs on the side, click on the third tab. Then I think you know what to do  Just click on brushes, and it's called Plumerias.
