Lucy looked up to Edward with confused eyes. Why didn't he say anything?
She didn't bother to ask him, but instead she sat down next to the gravestone and shed some tears. She folded her arms and crossed her legs to try and keep warm in the chilly night air. Her bottom lip quivered from sadness and cold.

Edward shivered in the cold and from the terrible frustration that lingered inside his 'robot' being.
"Kim." Finally, after two weeks, Edward Scissorhands spoke with such pain in his frail voice that his throat seemed to snap in two. He scratched the tombstone again.

Katherine walked outside of her house and looked around. It was freezing outside, so she pulled her sweater closer to herself. "Lucy?" She called out, since she didn't see her. No response.
She walked out a little further onto her patio and sighed. "LUCY?!" She yelled a bit and heard her voice echo down the dark, lonely street in her neighborhood.
She bit her lip and then something occured to her. The graveyard! She quickly got her car keys and drove off to find her.

Lucy's watery eyes shot up toward Edward, "EDWARD! You said something!" She was so excited about this. Jumping up on her two small feet, she encouraged Edward, "Go on. Keep talking! It makes you feel better."

Edward's eyes twitched to where Lucy was, but they followed their path back to look at the gloomy, stone tomb.
"Kim?..." Edward reapted, now thinking the little flower by his side was encouraging him to speak to dear Kim because she could hear him.

Lucy stood up and hugged Edward's squeaky waist. She was shivering violently now....apparently the cold was too much now.
A black raven squawked loudly in a tree about 3 feet away and Lucy jumped right out of her skin. "Awwww! Awww!" she screamed.

After much searching, Katherine made it to the cemetary. She wrapped her arms around herself and walked into the gate. She then heard a little girl's scream. Her eyes widened and she gasped. "LUCY?!" She yelled and ran in the direction.
As soon as she made it to her, she saw Lucy and Edward standing at a grave. She figured that it was Kim's grave. She sighed and wrapped her arms around herself. "Lucy?" She asked softly.

Edward flinched softly, as he heard the quiet footsteps of Shannon come closer and closer into the wet grass.
He didn't wish to turn around to look, no, his only wish was to stare at the beautifully carved, delicate angel that was carved into the rouch stone.
His breathing became sad, and heavy.

Lucy twisted her head to look back at her mother and brother. She tried to smile, but her lip only quivered and a tear slid down her soft cheek. "Mom...Dustin......Edward said something! He talked to grandma Kim."
Hugging Edward tighter, she said, "Don't worry Edward, you'll see her again someday."

Katherine swallowed hard and felt tears reach her eyes. Her mother... she missed her so very much. She sighed deeply and walked over to the grave that she had been scared to visit for the past week. She let her hand touch the tombstone gently and that made her break into tears.
