The Smiths were gone, and only Agent Smith knew where..they were created not by taking over others, but as replacements for each other. Agent Smith had found a way of manipulating things so that, before his supposed destruction, it appeared he was "dead" and another Agent Smith was sent to replace him, and so on. But to finish Neo, he would have to be an Agent of the program no longer...
Agent Smith took over one of the Viruses, walking the street, and no sooner did he take physical form than he was accousted by two of the new Agents. He knew what they had to say before they spoke, so he didn't give them a chance to.

Neo ran to where Niobe had been fighting the twins and smiled. Niobe was gone, and the twins were going down! "Bring it on, freak show!" he shouted.

Agent Smith left them lay there, on the pavement, and disappeared again

Thompson appeared in the rabble of the fighting twins and Mr Anderson. Pulling a 4 foot broadsword he pounced on top of Mr Anderson.

All of a sudden, Agent Thompson dissapeared. A bomb was planted in the building and went off totally destroying the building and everything in it. The wreakage of it was engulfed in flames, as jets overhead dropped cluster bombs to ensure everyone was dead.

Neo remained unmoving. he was burried deep, but he knew if he moved it might trigger another bomb. he slowed his breathing, trying to decide what to do. making up his mind he gathered all his enery to him and burst from the wreckage, flying straight up, faster than blinking, and far out of harms way

All of a sudden Thompson took over one of the B-52's and descended upon Neo. He shot several missles at him before coming up next to him and sucking him into the jet engine

The Twins, having easily phased out of the wreckage of the building, watched as the Agents went at Neo and waited for Neo to find some way to stay alive from the Agents' latest attack. Fighting Neo was way too easy, and they wanted to try again.

Smith suddenly appears and pulled out his .50 Desert Eagle and fired a nice round into one of the Twin's heads. "Now if only I had two guns for both of you.." But, we are very flexible"..another Smith appears and repeats the treat ment on the other Twin. They don't leave to see the Twins try and recover, but go off after Mr. Anderson.

Agent Smith returns as he hasn't learned to fly yet. His one hand is closed, he has something for Mr. Anderson.
He watches as the Twin's bodies fall to the pavement and he throws two knives in them for good measure.
Another Smith arrives and disarms them, ties them up, and looks questioningly at Smith.

Johnson materialized on the plane next to Thompson. He then pulled the self destrcut device as he and Thompson quickly evacuated the plane as it was enveloped in flames.
