Heehee, mincemeat.

I love how you said fish and chips was one of your favorite foods, Larael.

That's so stereotypically British!
:p

^ Well for Londoners and southerners yes. I think roast beef dinner is what us Northerners would say. But alas, what southerners like, the whole world takes that to be what "Britain" likes.

*recalls Southern and Northern rivalry between Orlando "Southern" Bloom and Sean "Northern" Bean*

:P

EDIT: Here is a <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/mincepies_2508.shtml">recipe</a> for mince pies. And as you don't seem to have mincemeat over there, here is a <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/christmasmincemeat_8893.shtml">recipe</a> to actually make mincemeat. And here is a little bit about <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mince_pies">mince pies</a>.

British food! That means mince pies!

I tell ye, I was born to be British...what happened?

I think I'll search the Hallmark store now, Larael.

Ooo, mince pies RULE.

Ah, you do make me laugh dear sister.

:hiya: Everyone. Here once again.

It's a good job I have months of practice of interpreting things you say. Otherwise, we could all get very puzzled.

Anyone got their Christmas deocorations up yet? We are putting our up next week, as it's the most conveninet time for us. Houses a couple of minutes away have already started, inflatable bears and all that non-traditional tat. *shakes head*

*Nods*

Yes, we would. Just like you're puzzling over something at the current point in time.

It's a bit early for us this year, but we aren't planning on putting our few window lights up, until it's a bit nearer, so only us will know we have started. It takes us about 2 days, as have to move furniture and ornaments about to accomodate the tree. It's quite a long job, but once it's done, it looks smashing. :-)

Fish and chips is th eultimate convinience food, but a roast dinner with roast tatties, yorkshire pudding and real gravy is virtually unbeatable.

LOL! I think she said "We'll put ours up the last week before". So presumably the 15th? Or before that?
