Insanity
All around me,
Falling insanity.
Break to the right,
Or run to the left?
Flee in the night,
Or stay with the rest?
All around me,
Rising insanity.
Fly to the sky,
Run to the earth?
Let the bullets fly by,
Or see what I'm worth.
All around me,
Constant insanity.
Should I stay on this world,
Or escape through the portal?
Swim through oceans pearled,
Or stay in my fortitude?
All around me,
Permeating insanity.
And all I can do to not go insane,
Is accept my fate and let insanity remain!
Great poem... I haven't read much poetry from you yet (admitted, I venture here too little), but this is really good. It flows well, it rhymes, but without this 'forced rhyming', it feels natural, and it makes sense!!

I luv it! It flows very nicely, & i can relate to it.....keep it up!!
(btw, still working on getting ur book.....just 2 let u know i havent 4gotten about it....lol I'm hoping 2 get it this Christmas....I'm kinda broke rite now, so yha....i have like...$3....lol But i will get it eventually!! )

Yes, same with me. I look for it whenever I'm in a bookstore, but I haven't had any luck yet. I would order it online, but my parents are kind of iffy about that for some weird reason.
