"Awwww was the Little Renagade scared?" Evlyn was alongside her smirking before leaping off Jemx and flipping herself over though the air and Jemx smiled evilly at Demon, before swooping though the air, so that she landed standing on his back.

This, if anything, was probably the best thing for Merrin's emotional state at the moment. "Of course not," she snapped, releasing her death grip on Demon's saddle in front of her and flushing, which meant color came back into her rather white face. She willed Kendath not to comment - he knew how frightened she had been, she was sure.

"You will be" she answered with a grin, her blond hair fanning out behind her in the wind, her tattoos crawling over her body.

Demon was eyeing Jemx with jealousy yet again, and Kendath had to whack his dragon over the scaled head. The rider shaded his eyes and stared into the horizon. "Storm's coming," he reported, to which Demon began spiraling down into the forest below.

Jemx smiled, it was hard to say as he was dragon, but it would not be too much to say that it was a very self staisfied smile. Evlyn however was waching the others, "Why are they going to land?"
Thier scared...my prowess over the air has terrified them into leaveing my domain
"Shut up" she looked around "Ahhhh a storm...ok Jemx darling its time to leave you're 'domain' and land"
Stupid human he grumbled, yet he spireled in behind Demon.

Near, closer than the 5 could have even imagined followed a white figure or to be more exact there were actually two of them blending into one. And most of all they could not be seen for they were protected by a sphere of invisibility, from time to time the air might have seemed a little different there, but nothing more. Garthag had arrived via teleport that he had created, it had taken his strength yet he hoped to recover upon the journey should there be a battle ahead.

For now it seemed that the rest of the renegades had lost their trail and the white mage and dragon could operate without greater problems from the background.

The horizon seemed to grow darker by the second, and a light sprinkling of rain blew through the air, which felt humid and ominously still.

Merrin instinctively leaned back slightly as Demon began to dive. She cast a glance at the darkening clouds and at Jemx and Evlyn behind her, and thought wryly, I suppose I did find out how Meiltha have fun...and that I really do prefer the Renegade definition after all.

Lighting flashed though the sky and almost hit Jemx

"Its stupid and its dangerouse"
One little swoop... He begged. "It won't be one little swoop it will be at least twenty" she replied tartly. The lightning struck next to them again."Oh all right...lets go..." As they shot upwards toward the heart of the storm she sent a thought to Kendreth.
Just going for a ride on the wings of the storm...

They flew into the heart, dodgeing between skyfire and being defend by the hevenly drums.

Demon seemed to have second thoughts as he neared the ground. Once again, he angled his wings to follow Jemx.

"You do know they'll get killed," Kendath intervened dryly.

Demon rumbled low in his throat and alighted on the forest floor, bending trees with his massive wingspan. Kendath dismounted and crawled under his dragon's cupped wings.

"Can you Renegades to that?" Demon asked Merrin.

"Do what?" replied Merrin, peering at the ground and awkwardly sliding off Demon's back. Her boots thudded into the rapidly muddying dirt with a slight squelch. "Perform ridiculous acrobatics likely to get someone killed at the slightest miscalculation? Yes, we can, but fortunately we know better. Or were you referring to flattening those trees just now?"

Rain began to pelt the ground in full earnest now, and Merrin considered a moment. "Is it against your dubious morals to keep a Renegade dry as well?" she queried of the colossal black dragon, apparently having decided that it was probably safer to ask his permission.

As they danced with the fire Evlyn suddenly rembered the reason she had not wanted to come up here. There was so much else to do in life....tourturing that Renagade for instance..."JEMX! I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT I'D PREFER TO LIVE A BIT LONGER THANKS!" She yelled above the storm. He was about to take her higher still, but he cheaked at the tone in her voice. Oh well, she did have a point. He came down half a mile and they continued thier wild ride...untill the were utterly soacked and had to land next to Merrin.

Rather wet herself, Merrin surveyed them with a faint air of surprise. "You're still alive, then? Amazing," she observed.

"Oooooo a challenege" sha aswered mockingly. "What do you think Jemx shall we accept, or shall we leave that to Demon?"
Demon i think....he's not good at much else! She smiled patronizingly at her, "And he is good at that, isn't he Merrin."

Warm and snug on the underside of Demon's wing, Kendath only sat back silently and watched. Presently, though, he began to feel a nuance-like change descend upon the forest. Weariness pervaded his limbs, and his eyes half closed before he caught himself.
