That verb is hypothetical, but if it did exist the phrase would be Estel fîr medui / vedui.

Any chance someone can translate the following quote into Quenya:
"I would rather share one lifetime with you than face all the ages of this world alone"
I know Arwen says it in English in the movie but I wanted to get it translated if anyone could help me. Thank you!!!

How will one say "With knowledge I conquer" and "I think, therefore I am"?
I think the latter cannot be said in Sindarin, due to the lack of "to be" verb. But for the former?

SizarieldoR: Na ist ortherin. The latter could easily be said in Quenya, but not in Sindarin.
Metamorphis: I translated it into Quenya in the other thread you posted it in.
Eä: Sennui broniathon aen erchuilrann ah le, ú vroniol erui endrainn bain ned ardhon hen. Literally "Rather I ought to endure one life-age with you, not enduring all the ages of this world alone." It's the closest I can get.

*bows* Hannon le Tyrhael, it's beautiful.
[And I corrected the blasphemous typo on 'Sindarin' I did in my previous post ]

Can/will anybody here please translate "Malfoy" into Elvish? It's actually French and it means bad faith, if that helps at all. Oh, and please put it as it would be pronounced (if possable). Any help with this would be greatly appricated. Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for the translation of Stardance or Stardancer, preferably Sindarin, but I'm curious as to how it would look in Quenya as well.
I've been looking around and can't find a translation of 'dance', so it might be a problem...

Drew's Destiny: I'd probably say Umestel in Sindarin.
Eä: 'dance' is lilta- in Quenya and possibly gliltha- in Sindarin. So, I would say Q. Tinweliltalë or Elliltalë, and S. Tinulilthad or Ellilthad for 'star dance' ... do you want 'star dancer' male or female?

Thank you Tyrhael.
I would like Stardancer to apply to a female.
I had it translated by someone else who put Tinulileth for Stardance and Tinwelilmë for (female) Stardancer, but she wasn't fully satisfied with the translation.... I see you both use the same Quenya word though.

Er Corma turien ta ilyë in Quenya if "them" refers to the Rings, and Er Corma turien te ilyë if 'them' refers to the bearers of those Rings.[/b]
