"Don't give me look, it makes you seem furious." Anakin said seriously, as Raven frowned at him.
"What look?" she asked, adjusting her expression to one of injured innocence.
"You know what look." he said, leaning down close to her ear, and stopping the ceaseless dance as the music reached its end. Just as quickly, however, a more lively tune was struck up, and Raven shook her head.
"I say we sit this one out..besides, we have people to greet."
Anakin nodded his agreement, and the two made their way off the dance floor, talking in lowered voices.

Elenriel walked into the ballroom arm in arm with Legolas as she looked at the winter wonderland in awe. "My, it's beautiful." she breathed in a whisper as she took in the lovely décor of the place.
Hearing music playing in the background, Legolas turned to her. "May I have this dance, my lady?" he asked.
"It will be my honor." she replied, smiling at him as he took her hand and led her to the dance floor where other couples had gathered.

Luthien entered the ballroom silently and removed her white hood, revealing her carefully curled brown hair. She gasped at the magnificent surroundings, and thought, a little vainly, that the lights would reflect perfectly off her white and silver gown.
It was not very busy yet, she noticed, but there was still plenty of days left to enjoy the ball! She took a moment to notice the other patrons. Her daughter was dancing with her escort, Larael and JF were looking rather brilliant, and...The door blew open with a gust as FaZiovsky entered, followed by a swirl of glittering snow. Luth smiled brightly, "Are the horses taken care of, dear?"
FaZiovsky nodded, "They are all tucked away until we need them again. Wow, this place looks fantastic!"
"It certainly does!" Luthien agreed, taking another glance around the ballroom, "That Christmas tree is beautiful!"
"You know what would be even more beautiful?" Asked FaZ with a gleam in his eye, and continued with barely a pause, "Seeing my wife dancing this waltz."
Luth blushed but smiled back, "Only if you shall be my partner."
"Naturally..." The two swirled onto the dance floor without a second thought.
((I will play as FaZ unless he manages to join us for the ball!))

Bending down to be as short as her escort, Anti walked in with Gimli, holding hands. With somehow supreme expression on her face she was looking around for any good folks. Grinning as she tried to picture how a dwarf and a medieval-dressed modern woman look together, she nudged him and whispered, 'Hon, I hope you really don't like dancing'
Gimli loooked up (!!) and grinned in answer.
Oh, dwarves.
(off to study. meh, school >.>)

Elenriel smiled as she saw Luth and FaZ join them on the dance floor. She then smiled at her husband as he twirled her. "This will be a night to remember." she said softly.
"Yes." he agreed as the two danced gracefully to the music.

Este entered the ball room with a smile and peered around for Ala. No sign of her yet. People danced on the dance floor with their partners, Luth with FaZ, Elen with Legolas, and many others. Looking around and moving further in to the room she admired the decorations and quality of the music - the organisers had done themselves proud again.

A huge screech was herad outside and Anduril, dressed in her snowy white dress dismounted from Burzgash, her fell beast.
"Be a good boy...that measn no eating people." she patted his scaly head then headed in too look for her Captian. He wasn't there, so she zoomed over to Este instead, giveing her a huge hug. "Hello Sis!!!"

Este winced as her sister hugged her tight, "Hey...Anduril." She breathed. Anduril was looking as glam as ever, in her own unique way of course. And that Fell Beast of hers was looking at a nearby person with great interest.

Faramir entered into the ballroom with his Italian style shirt, jacket, tie and the shoes. His hair was wavy raised up in the air. Looking for the person who would accompany him during the ball. He caught Este in his sight and Anduril. "Hey girls" he said with all charisma.

"hehehehe, don't drink the Punch sis...once a Nova...always a Nova...in some ways..." she whispered before hugging Faramir enthusiastically. "You look fantstic" she stepped back and looked him over, almost swwoning at the sight...then rembered the mince pies to be consumed and hugged him again.

Elven sighed, looking around. She was still taking in the beauty of the whole room. "Obi-wan, I'm a little tired, I think I'll go get some punch" He nodded agreeingly(sp!). She smiled and started to walk over towards the punch bowl, on her way seeing Este. "Hello Este dear! You look absolutly wonderful!" She commented admirlingly "Would you like to get some punch with me?" She asked, looking around to find Obi-wan. Seeing he was already at the punch bowl, she laughed to herself, then turned back to Este.

"Ooo, that's an offer I can't refuse!" Este replied with a smile, she hoped what Anduril had said about the punch wasn't true. She linked arms with EA and they made their way to the punch.

((Oh for some reason I didn't realize Anduril was talking about the punch  Haha! Mabye I'll drink it anyway!))
Elven smiled as she linked arms with Este "Is your date not here yet?" she asked, as they walked towards the tray of punch and other delecious food. Once reaching she took a cup and poured herself a small glass of the yummy punch, sipping it, she nodded in approval. "Do you want me to get you some?" She asked Este, setting down her glass.
