I agree with most of the things you said, especially with the thing that rap's like someone (usually a man wearing saggy clothes + blingbling and pouring the crystal drink over some... girls with almost no clothes on) talking to a beat. and that's what I hate about it; it's got no melody. and they're repeating the same phrases like a million times. I prefer music with a good, beautiful melody and a harmony accompanying it with someone actually singing and also instruments playing.

I revisited AU on Jan 14th after an almost 10-year break! The nostalgia..!

I can understand why some people like rap - and I totally agree that it's a matter of your taste.

Personally, I can't stand rap. Since I'm very musical/instrumental, I hate the fact that all rap groups are basically talking/screaming with drums.



I couldn't agree more with this. It's your choice what you listen to, and no one should be able to decide what you kind of music you should like and what you should hate. It's your choice!
