Some of my family served in WW2 and I respect their sacrifice. Call me ignorant if you wish, or call me annoying if it it suits you, but I am proud of most of the things my country has done, (with some exceptions.) I dislike the attitudes that the French have towards England ( mostly the government (I apologise the starting the off topic thing and breaking the no gov rule, but I feel that it should be said and I will accept the consequences of my actions should any mod berate me for this) I am proud to say that my country has fought to preserve her freedom, and the Freedom of her citizens and allies and to make her great. I am not one to rub someones face in it for something that they, frankly they have not much to do with personnaly. I was originally going to do that for Historical purposes, and maybe have a think about it. Rant over. There you go. My rant for the week finished.
Oh and that woman must have been properly sloshed Bannana republic, that is completely inaacurate (as far as I know.) Has anyone finished their Christmas shopping yet????

Yeah, she was quite off the mark. Yet it was quite entertaining for me because I'm a history major .

^Interesting....very interesting... ^^My Christmas shopping? There's hardly any need for me to do any Christmas shopping...which is just perfect because then I have the guilt of not buying my family anything hanging over me. It's not like I don't want to get them anything; it's just they don't need anything (or so they say...). But anyways, I bought my little brother a CD and I might get a movie for my cousins.

Pssh....Christmas shopping isn't Christmas shopping unless done at 11 pm on Christmas Ever
I'm getting clothes this year...for the first time ever. And as I've already worn some of them, the surprise is lessened somewhat. But I'm still insisting they are wrapped up.

It's funny how the tradition of Christmas presents varies. I get presents from my British relatives, but my German relatives don't really seem to hold that tradition.
Is anyone of you going to a Christmas party? That's what I miss in Germany - proper British Christmas Entertainment

No, but I did like the Advent Children movie. Vincent seemed so cool. As for Christmas parties, I'm going to my uncle's restaurant's party tomorrow. It's for employees but technically, I'm an employee because I help out occasionally.

I'm going to the cinema on Christmas Eve, then going back to my friends house for a Par-Tay. This Par-Tay will last until Christmas Day, then I can stagger back to my house, collapse asleep, wake up in London at my Nan's house and open some presents! WOO!

Back to Christmas parties... sadly I usually don't go to any. Except maybe the ball we'll be having here. Aye, I don't have a life.
Ditto to both points.
I mean we have a party for my dad's birthday on the 24th, but that's not a Christmas party.

*coughnotalcoholcough*
Tiredness...slight Bailey consumption...(my lovely Irish father.. So responsible. Introduced me to Baileys when I was 9) Maybe I just like to stagger. Gives an amusing impression to the rest of the world
