Eruraina stopped in her tracks, hereing Sarien's call. She turned abrutly and ran back to the battle-field, searching for Sarien. She had thought that Sarien had been taken to the house of healing, but it must have been someone else.

Not long after, Rain found the she-elf, and turned her so she lay on her back. Orlinos spotted the two from the sky, and landed near them.
help me carry her, I can't lift her right now, I think I have a broken rib She lifted Sarien onto Orlinos's back, and he flew them quickly just outside the door. Many healers came out to help Sarien, and Eruraina stayed by her side as a friend...

(I have to go... now... See you tomorrow! please don't get to far ahead... this is a fast moving rpg!)

*Sarien was put down in a bed while the healers mended the cut in her back and her broken rib. Soon, her rib was completly mended and her wound in her back was healed and bandaged.*

*Sarien's mind was swirling and spinning of what had just happened and of her memories. She couldn't think straight, she was getting reality confused with fantasy. Sarien thought that she saw Legolas's smiling face leaning over her , and calling her name. But when her vision finally became clear, it was Rain who leaning over her.*

"Rain?" She asked in a whispher. "Oh thank goodness its you! Thank you so very much for bringing me back!" She told her. "I am glad that you and I are both okay. I hope the others are alright as well."

Alendariel cursed. She was lost. Somehow, she had overshot and totally missed the battlefield. She turned Galadelen a few times, then dismounted. She propped herself up against a tree, and found it suddenly very difficult to breathe. She closed her eyes, trying to concentrate. Her hand flew to her neck. Invisible hands had constricted around her neck, and she gasped for breath, her face reddening. Suddenly, her hands clasped around a certain medallion around her neck. The strangle-hold ceased immediately, and she coughed and gasped for air, drinking it in greedily. She hurried to remount Galadelen, and tried to remember what direction she'd come from.

Constince awoke and carefully sat up... Her right shoulder was stiff and sore, but not so much that she wasn't able to move it. She dressed quickly careful of the bandages.
The only clothing she could find was a tanish brown dress of a soft fabric she couldn't identify, so she pulled it on and tied the sash at the back. As she was about to leave she noticed Raelyn asleep in another bed in the room. She nodded to the sleeping form, then left. She opened the door only to be greated by one of the healers who asked if she needed anything. "Only to see the Lord of the castle." She said in responce as she went in search of her horse and the extra clothing in the sadlebag.

Alendariel sighed with relief as the house came into sight. She rode quickly across the battlefield and hurried to find Roina and Eruraina.

*Sarien began to feel her strength returning to her. She got out of bed and she found a purple dress with gold trim ready for her to wear. Sarien carefully put it on, so that she would not irratate her injuries. She left the healing center, and walked to the edge of a balcony. Her steps were slow and timid, she could tell that she was still not fulled healed. But she stubbornly contined to walk.*

*Sarien could see Miluiel riding across the battle fileld. She waved to her then hurried back down to meet her.*

Alendariel smiled with relief upon seeing Sarien. She rode up quickly. "I had gone looking for you. I hope you are all right." She moved her hair so it hid the strangulation marks. No sense in having her friends worry needlessly for her safety and health.
"Who found you?" Alendariel inquired.

Eruraina had walked out of the house of healing when they saw Alendariel. Giving a weak smile she greeted her friend.
"It is only concern that would make a person worry, worry for a friend..." she was cut off as a wave of pain engulfed her, making her knees buckle. Pain shot up her side from her three, maybe four, broken ribs and one or two of the broken ribs had just puntured her lungs, making her drown from the inside with her own blood...

"It was Rain who found me, and I am so glad that she did. If she had not rescued me, I would have died on the battlefield." Sarien said in a somber voice.

*Sarien saw the look of pain on Rain's face.*

"Rain?" She asked with concern. "Are you alright? You look in pain."

"I... don't know... now..." she managed to say, and started couphing, coving her mouth with her hand, then taking her hand away to see blood. She touched her broken ribs gingerly. This would be the third time braking the same bones, and the second time they had puntured her lungs.
"ribs... puncured lungs..." she said between cauphs, then fainted...

"Rain!" Sarien exclaimed. "Miluiel, help me bring her to the healing center!"

*The two she-elves gently picked Rain up and brought her to the healing center. Once they arrived at the center, the healers took Rain into a room. Sarien and Miluiel wanted to help, but the healers told them that everything would be alright, and that they would see their friend soon........*

Alendariel scooped Rain up, and brought her to the healing room. She removed Rain's armor and glanced at the wound and the horrific bruising. "I...I wasn't trained this far. I don't know what to do..." she asked, the panic mounting within her. The hands began to close over her throat again, and she coughed several times, and ignored the pain as she rushed to find the qualified healers.

(i'm sorry that i didn't answer a few people that were talking to my charrs....i wasn't thinking fully that day)

Raelyn slept and woke up a few hours later then constance. she looked around and then got up putting presure on her hand and pulled it back fast and then remebered she had sliced it open and it was still healing. she thne got up again carefully not to hurt herself. she found a crimson dress awaiting her. she reconized it becuase it was from her own closet. she got up and walk to find gernhart and that young woman he was with.

Gernhart went straight to Lord Elrond after he had seen that Raelyn and constance were taken care of. his own wounds still not mended. he found Elrond sitting in the library. "Lord Elrond" Gernhart said as he walked into the room.
Elrond looked up at him from his book. "gernhart! happy to see your alive. how is my daughter? where is she ? is she alright?" he suddenly asked.
Gernhart spoke. " she is alright, she's at the houses of heal..."
"what!!! she is hurt!! i must go to her." Elrond interupted. he walked out of the room fast. " Gernhart what has happend to the one whom i hired to protect my daughter?"
Gernhart coughed. " she is also being healed." he said simply.
"so she is not dead?"
"no my lord."
Elrond was almost to the houses of healing. " send her to me as soon as you see her awake." Gernhart nodded. " well i have to be off to get my own wounds healed." gernhart then smiled." but sir, this was a great victory." Elrond nodded. Elrond and Gernhart departed. Elrond walked in the houses of healing to find his daughter.
Raelyn was walking out onto a balcony when she saw her father. she ran to him and he embraced her. she fell over in pain. "Raelyn!.."
"i'm alright...just brusied..." she said not wanting him to worry. Elrond helped her up. "i'm glad your alright Raelyn."

Alendariel gasped, and collapsed against the wall for support as air slowly returned to her lungs. She quickly found a healer, and brought her back to Eruraina.
The healer worked quickly, then sat back, sighing. "She should be all right for the present."
Alendariel sighed with relief. "Hannon le."

(I'm going to be away...funeral out West...I'll be gone for about a week. I'll try to catch up when I get back.)

*Sarien sat in a small chair next to Rain, watching her heal. Sarien sighed with much grief. She stared out the window in Rain's room; outside a singal proud cherry tree stood in full blossom. The sunlight shone through the blossom's delicate petels. Sarien couldn't help but smile at this beauty of nature. She looked down upon the sleeping Rain once more and prayed that she would be okay, and awaken soon..........*

Alendariel's breaths were shaky and shallow. She prayed that Rain would awaken. If she dies, it is upon me. I would have slain one of my few freinds. I should have studied harder... she sighed, and clutched the pendant at her neck. Her daugther bore and identical one. Oh sweet Elesana... she thought.
