A couple years ago there at the LOTR exhibit in Boston Sean was there signing autographs and stuff. When I got there the line was too long so I wasnt able to get anything signed cuz they wouldnt let us So then me and my friend tried sneaking around people to see him, and we did! And then we snuck up some stairs and saw him from a balcony and took pictures! None of them came out to well though :/ Buuut then he got up to take a picture with some family so I ran downstairs and snuck a pic of him with them. It was soooo awesome! If only I could be in the picture with him, but the stupid security guards were crazy. And then at the end he spoke to the crowd saying thanks and everything. And he waved to me! I was like OMG SEAN ASTIN! And he has touched Elijah before! Haha. Here is the pic:



It came out really bad, but at least I saw him!!

That's pretty amazing that you got to at least see him up so close. Congratulations or something. I'm not really sure what the occasion warrants. You're very lucky anyway.

It is weird thinking "He's touched Elijah before..." but I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who thinks about obscure things like that. I thought it was really sweet how Sean and Lij got so close when they were filming for LOTR, almost like a real life Frodo and Sam. How could they not get close though, going through such amazing, life-changing experiences together?

Awww, sweet pic, HF. I wish I could meet at lest one LotR actor one day (preferably Lij, of course ).

Yeah, their friendship is really cute. It's amazing how film is reflected in real life.

Hello, everybody and I wish you a happy new year.
Did anybody get to watch Barry the Extrodinary last night? I think that it's a magic show on the CW network. When it first came on it mentioned Elijah Wood but I was unable to watch it. So I'm curious if anybody got to watch it and if Lij was on it or not.
Hobbit_fan, congratulations on getting to see some of the LotR cast. I'm sorry about the signing and picture problems though.

Unfortunately, I don't watch TV, therefore I have never even heard of that show, therefore I didn't get to see if Elijah was on there or not. I'm sorry. You could always try checing YouTube or the website for the show to see if they'll have videos of it up. Watching Lijahvids on YouTube is fun. This I know from experience.

Happy New Year all! *huggles Forever back* I wish you a very happy and Elijah and Frodo filled one. Those are the best kind after all. One of the first things I did all year was to change my LOTR calendar to January and consequently to Frodo. *sighs dreamily* It's a very swoonworthy picture.

Now I don't watch videos over the internet (mainly because my computer's speakers don't work). So I'm not exactly sure what all that video is or how long it lasts. Sorry. However I think that that is a video of Elijah Wood on the Barry the Extrodinary show and if I'm not mistaken Elijah helps out with one of the magic tricks... I think.

Edit, Sorry I can't get the link to work...but if you go to your search engine and type in Elijah wood on Barry the Extraordinary it will come up with a site that's heading is something like Keith BArry the Extraordinary-Elijah Wood-yahoo videos. That should get you to the Lij vid. Sorry that I'm so computer inept.
