Several of the other library occupants were beginning to pack up and get back to their respective dorms. Larael finished her essay quickly [and rather sloppily] before stashing her books in her bag, waving to Luthien, and exiting the library through the double doors.

Amoniel dropped her book bag on her bed. She changed into some warm sweats and a sweat shirt. The night was getting colder and colder. She braided her hair quickly and cleared off her bed. She then pulled out a book, turned on her nightstand light and began to read.

Luth quickly grabbed her required book and checked it out, making polite small talk with the librarian. She waved at Larael as she left, then made her own exit. Climbing the stairs to her dorm hallway, she hummed a few bars from the PotC soundtrack absently, her mind elsewhere.
Finally Luth found herself back in her home-away-from-home, and shut the door behind her. Putting the textbook on her desk, she tossed some dirty clothes into the hamper and got ready for bed. She hated going to bed early, but Luth knew full well that she hated early mornings even more!

Amoniel wokr up the next morning.
"Oh darn!" She said, she had slept in almost 45 minutes later than she would have. She had a class at 8:00 and it was 7:15 right now. Quickly she got dressed and threw her hair up into a pony tail. Amoniel stuffed all her books into her book bag. The seams were looking close to bursting. Amoniel raced out of hers and Megan's room and hurried toward the food hall. She grabbed some coffee and a pumpkin scone and headed off to her first class, Math.

Megan strolled into her math class. She wasn't especially fond of math, but she figured it would be a good idea to take it, since she wasn't that good at it either.

Luthien strummed her fingers on her desk absently. Most of her friends seemed to be dawdling; either that or Luth was 10 minutes early...She smiled at Megan and Amoniel as they entered the classroom. It was always nice to find that people had friends already on the second day back.
