Haha, welcome back Anduril!
And Eowyn of Ithilin, it used to be like that for some of my family too. I'm glad it's over, though.

He's awesomely good-looking, for one I've always loved the Vicar of Dibley. Tonight's TV is cool, and Batman Begins is on, which I totally do not watch only becuase my new husband is in it.
Gah...so bored...what are you supposed to do once all the presents are open..?

Enjoy them, I guess. Or in my case, wear them.

well, he may not have been clad in black, but he was still darn sexy! I LOVE HIM!!! *takes a few deep breaths and regains sanity*
as you may well be able to guess, i just watched the vicar of dibley and my heart rate has just about gone back to normal. he was just the perfect guy (except for being too dense to explain the sister thing earlier), wasn't he? i loved it when he knocked on her door the third time and said "no excuse this time, i just wanted one more look". i would die if a guy did that to me.
you non-brits are missing out.

Tell me about it. Well, I'm watching a British television show on my computer but I don't think I want to discuss about it now. It's well, heterodox. Let's put it that way. Speaking of British telly, what is Big Brother over there on the telly. Oddly enough, a commercial about it just played on the show I'm watching about that. I know who Big Brother is from 1984 but is it a telly show?

^ big brother is a hideously awful reality show where they put a bunch of people (mainly complete nutters) in a house and then film their every move. somebody gets evicted every week, and the last person out wins a load of money. i've never watched it, but some people get really obsessed and end up watching the live feed at like 2 in the morning in case someone wakes up and does something interesting. tbh, i find that rather disturbing.
the title does come from 1984 (it's the same idea of 24-hr surveillance) but that's a more intellectual reference than the programme deserves imo.

Yeah, it does sound very bizarre. Thanks for your help, eowyn. You have increased my knowledge of the British telly.

Yeah, the only thing I could do with my presents would be wear them, buut I can't wear three pairs of trousers, a few tshirts, two pairs of shoes and three sweatshirts at once. Or can I...?
The Vicar of Dibley was so funny Richard Armitage...*dies*
I like BB to an extent. I like the tasks and the hilarity of watching people with obviously the IQ of a rock slowly mentally unravel But the live feeds are just sad...

Accountancy? You might want to talk with Darrell on that one, he was thinking along those lines for a career too. However, it'd be most boring if you think about it.
Lol, quite sorry everyone for completely changing the topic.
