(I'm back! Here's my Slayer character:

Hair: Waist length auburn, usually kept in a single braid

Skin: Fair
Body type: About 5'4, slender
Weapons: Bow and arrows, two twin daggers she keeps at her belt

It's probably a bit corny, but anyone up for some vampire/slayer love? Lol.)

Aidan sighed when only one more vampire entered the room. That was eight. Still five more to go. He decided to occupy his time with studying the other vampires who had been chosen for the council. He had known Isobella for a while, and he had met a few of the others, but some he didn't know. His gaze kept making its way back to Alyth. He noticed that her eyes lingered on him a bit too. He smiled at her suavely. He tried to think of something to say to her, but he had never been very good with words.

(I'll wait for CF to post again before I post as Isobella.)

(Coolness! Thanks. Now, I just have to plan out when the Slayers are going to come in. But we kind of need to wait until the rest of the council member vampires post at the meeting before we progress into something like the Slayers showing up. So I guess for now we'll just wait for everyone else to post )

Cat walked in, lazily tugging her cuff down and flashing everyone a smile, before she settled in her chair and gently folded her hands surveying the seated vampires contededly.
"Good Evening..."she murmered.

Alexis strode into the room, her head held high. Her black hair tied up neatly and pinned back. She eyed the room, "Almost everyone is here I see" she said casually. She took off her long red jacket and stood at the large window, before sitting on the chair in front of it.

Alexis was one of the younger Vampires, but her proficiency in hunting was enough to secure her place on the council. Brash and outspoken, Alexis was proud to be unconventional.

The sound of footsteps started once more as a sign that one more council member was approaching the room, but funny enough the sound did not come behind the door. A dark figure walked along the wall as, if gravity did have no bounds on him and calmly gazed at the rest of them.

"Ah our lovely bunch of bloodsuckers seems to about gathered... whose still to come?"

He asked as he walked down the wall and then stepped to the floor as he gazed around at them.

"That would be me," came a voice from the door. A golden-eyed vampire sauntered in, melting in and out of the shadows as he went. The show was quite unnecessary, but the arrogant Ehafel Nacht had always preferred an open display of his powers.

He took a seat beside a Council member he knew more by reputation than personality - Gabriel, he recalled - and leaned back in his chair, his golden-eyed gaze surveying the room.

carryn got irritated by this big entrance knowing that he only wanted attention she looked at Rogue and rolled her eyes.

Demari strode into the room absent mindedly. (sp?)
He glanced at the other members of the vampire council that were already there..
He took a seat next to Cat, and hoped that this "meeting" wouldn't take up too much of his time.

Aidan watched as four more vampires, two males and two females came in. He silently totalled up the number once more and growled in irritation when he realized that they were still missing one more. "We must wait for Demari," he said, recalling the name of the council member who had not yet arrived, but just as that came out of his mouth, the door opened once more and Demari walked in. Aidan smiled as Demari took his seat. He stood and placed his hands on the table, leaning slightly and fixing each of the vampires with a level gaze. "Now, we begin," he said, "I'm sure each of you is aware of the new threat that we face. The humans have risen up... created this band of Slayers." He invested that last word with much scorn and contempt. "At first it was something that could have been looked over or easily taken care of, but their numbers have grown. They are becoming far too bold. In the history of Vampires, we have hidden in the shadows, killing only what we need to survive. No more." His fist hit the table with a bang. "By forming this band of Slayers, the humans have asked for all out war."

"I am Gabriel" he kindly offered a smile as he answered. "Thanks for asking Isabella. It is the only one who asked for my name here in the council. I am glad that you asked anyway" As he turned towards her, he saw her flashing eyes which made him forget about what to say to her. His finger raised in the air and his mouth stayed open. "Umm......, err.....".

Vladimir noted as he sat down into a free seat, he crossed his leg over another relaxedly and layed his hands on the side.

"Back in Russia I would have only needed to slice few heads off and turn few families into gory sights on the street and all resistance would have crumbled before me... yet now that we are dealing with stubborn englishmen I suggest let them strike first at our servants, just a few who should be sacrificed and take down as many as they can in the process.

Then we hit straight at the heart of the resistance as their attention is at wiping out our servants, we kill two birds with one stone. No slayers and less eager challengers for our seats..."

Vladimir presented his opinion in a calm and civilized manner, his speech had a thick and regonisable russian accent that gave away his true nationality. Yet it seemed that it did not bother him at all.

"An idea, sir, an idea," Prokiam said as he drummed his fingers on the table. "But I have thought of another one. We turn them against each other. Some of us can manipulate different individuals, individuals that seek power. We create a small internal conflict among them, making sure no one side gets too powerful."

Vladimir sighed and shook his head, he placed his fingers against the table and pushed himself up from his chair.

"Ideas, ideas dear council members.... so many ideas, so many ways of thinking and so many dilemmas. These are not corrupt law keepers we are talking about here, but idealists and people who have a reason to fight against us. Extermination nothing less is acceptable for we would only waste our time by manipulating them"

He said making a horizontal slash like move with his hand before sitting back down.
