Well, I agree that Miami can get overdramatic at times. But generally I like to see some character moments in between all the crime investigation. However, I do watch these shows mainly for the science and whatever emotion is involved with each case. And the main show is my favorite as well. My philosophy when it comes to film, whether movie or tv show, is that it needs to make me feel for me to be interested. That and I have a general interest in science of all sorts really. So watching CSI is quite fair, yes? 
And by the way, I tend to prefer Catherine to Sara. But like you said... To his/her own.  _________________

I do love the science to Las Vegas, what I love more is the small character moments. No big drama, just the small moments while there's evidence processing.  And Gil Grissom. He's an amazing guy.

Grissom is definitely one of the reasons why I love the Las Vegas show! CSI would not be CSI without him! Sure I'm hysterical about bugs, but that excluded... I repeat: All hail Grissom!  _________________

Who watched the new episode????
It was a good episode. The case was interesting but I think it was solved to quickly. The new guy... Keppler. I don't know if I like him or not. He seems like a mysterious man sometimes a bit weird. In the next episode he's going to fake a crime scene I think, something Grissom will never do. Also Sara didn't appear that much 
I miss Grissom!!!

Agreed. I missed Grissom SO MUCH. And, I don't like Keppler. At all. He's just.... so weird. He's CREEPY actually. He seems almost pedophilic to those dead girls... =/ There's a difference between compassion to the victims and just creepy.
Catherine did seem too trusting in the preview of the next episode. Keppler... there's more to him than we know but this opening episode for him----they seemed to want to focus on him way too much. I wanted more of the team and how they work without Grissom. =/ It's just.... mad. What of this "Frank" fellow who keeps visting the lab and calling him when he's at work?

I really like CSI.. I like CSI Miami best.. Horatio stays so cool, no matter what happens!! But then I like CSI to, Gil is great too!! but I dont like NY!

I actually got to watch it last night with my parents. Yey for cable lol.
I kept saying I want Grissom back lol. I wonder how many shows he won't be on...and if he'll be back by the season finale.

He'll only be out for four episodes, I believe. His obligation in the Dublin Carol ended January 7th, so he's already back filming some new episodes.

Yeah. I freaked out when I heard he would be leaving too. It's okay---he'll be back!!!! Eek.

Grissom and Sara are kinda starting to drive me insane! I've been waiting for them to at least show a sign they're getting together forever, and now nothing's happening! But when Grissom gets back I'm sure there is going to be at least one moment.
