Raelyn slashed her sword at a goblin and missed. she struck him again and didn't miss this time. he cried out in pain and lashed out at Raelyn. she blocked the attempt

Raelyn was still fighting the same goblin. the goblin lunged at Raelyn and stabed her thigh. Raelyn cried out in pain but kept goin. she finally killed the goblin.

Rain glanced at Realyn.
"Are you alright?" she said, turning he horse so she was perpendiculer to Realyn's horse, and the goblins, who had come from infront of them, would have to get past her in order to get to the princess. She blocked another blow, then twirled her sword, almost decapitating the goblin, who fell to the ground. One tried to go behind Fuin, but just got kicked in the stomach, and howled in pain.
"I hate ambushes," Rain said through clenched teath.

"i'm fine." Raelyn limped but kept going. she was in major pain and looked down at her leg and saw oozing black stuff coming from her leg. she collasped as the posin from the blade seeped into her flesh.

"Raelyn!" Sarien cried out.

*Sarien leaped off Aurous and carefully scooped Raelyn up. She put the wounded Elf onto Aurous and handed her the reigns.*

"Do not fall." Is all Sarien said to her friend.

*She sliced the neck of a goblin that came towards the pair.

"I shall not fail." Sarien mumbled to herself, while blocking and killing any goblins that came near Raelyn.*

Alendariel cursed under her breath at Raelyn's injury. She turned in time to slash an orc that was advancing on Rain. "Perhaps we can pass them!" she cried over the din. Then she noticed the fire that blocked their way. She cursed again.

Raelyn moaned as the pain in her leg throbed. she lay there helpless.

Alendariel heard Raelyn's groan and leapt from the terrified Galadelen. She dropped to her knees and gazed with concern at the wound. "I shall heal it for you." she assured Raelyn.

*Sarien rushed over to Alendariel to help her get Raelyn off Aurous.*

"Good luck, and may you heal her well." Sarien stated looking into Alendariel eyes with hope.

"Sarien! More goblins approach!" Legolas yelled out."I need more help."

"I am coming!" Sarien yelled back. She sprung upon Aurous and spurred her to where Legolas fought*

Alendariel nodded her thanks and continued to work on Raelyn. She tore a strip from her tunic and bound the wound. Calling upon the healing power of the elves, she touched the wound gently and murmered a healing incantation.

Raelyn moaned. "please...i'm ok...i'll be fine." she said trying to get up. Raelyn was being stubborn.

Gernhart stayed close to constince in the fight. he wasn't about to let her out of his sight. when he saw Raelyn fall he started fighting over that way. when he saw she was being taken care of he backed off. but faught off the goblins and orcs who were trying to kill both Alendirel and Raelyn.
