I have two.....
Where Pippin sings to Denethor. Can't remember the name of the scene. I like it because when Denethor is eating.... to me I see the battle. I know this sounds morbid but I see and hear bones crushing and flesh ripping like what's about to happen in battle.
My other is the House of Healing. I just think this is a beautiful and romantic scene.

My favourite scene in RotK is when Aragorn meets Arwen in Minas Tirith. I can't see it without smiling and dreaming, dreaming, dreaming ...

It's a definate tie between the scene in which Pippin sings to Denethor and Famamir and his men ride to thier deaths, and the final farewell from Frodo to his fellow Hobbits as he leaves for the Grey Havens. I have yet to watch RotK without literally sobbing during and after that final scene.

Aragorn's coronation and/or the Faramir/Eowyn stuff in the Houses of Healing (and afterwards). And the very end, when Frodo leaves and Sam goes back home. OH, and the scene where Eowyn and Merry kill the Witch-King - that part kicks butt.

I definitely enjoy the Twilight & Shadow/Arwen's Vision scene. Beautiful setting, gorgeous music and an incredibly sweet and cute scene!
Another favorite is when Gandalf tells Pippin of the Undying Lands in Minas Tirith and you hear the chorus of "Into the West" playing in the background. I bawl like a baby every single time!

Ooh, favorite scene is "Field of Victory", where Merry and Pip are in Isengard among the rubbish.
Close to that is Shelob's Lair. Gah, so mind-boggling freaky! LOL! Shelob is amazingly made, love the special effect/graphic work there.

I am silently debating on mine....
Gah...
I don't know..... because although ROTK is my favorite movie, I don't particularly have a favorite scene...
Hmm. Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh!
The entire Arwen sequence at the beginning .... er---near beginning because we all know the bloody movie was almost 4 hours long. The entire sequence from when she sees the vision with Eldarion and at the end where you see the two elves reforging the sword.

My favourite scene?Hmm...it's hard to pick one it would either be the charge of the Rohirim,or when Pippin sings the song to Denathor, but I also Like Aragorn meeting Arwen ar Minas tirith.
Also, the saddest scene is at the Grey Havens when Frodo,Gandalf and Bilbo leave the party, that scene makes me overcome with sadness as you know their epic story is now over,Jackson had that scene done well.

I might steal your quote for the Denethor discussion (giving you proper credit of course!), but you are right. The parallel shots between the battle and Denethor eating connects the two scenes. Especially when he bites the tomato... blood red... *shudder*
It might be one of my favorite scenes as well... I have problems seperating the movies from one another because I usually see them all at one time...
The scene on Mt. Doom where Frodo struggles so hard to go on but collapses in the ashes, and Sam finds the strength to carry him, is absolutely one of my favorites!

Ditto. The Black Gate Opens is definitely my favorite scene in RotK, followed by Aragorn's Coronation, and then by The Grey Havens. For me, those are the most emotional scenes in the movie.

^ That's a good scene.
I also love when the Rohirrim come to Minas Tirith. Theoden's speech is so moving.
And I love the oliphaunts.
