Okay, I missed the conversation about people's deaths, and I just have to add my little tid bit.
!!!!!!!SPOILERS!!!!!!!
Okay... I was not upset by Shannon's, Libby's or Ana Lucia's death, I didn't like either of them anyway. I was upset deeply by Boone's, he was my fave character. And Eko's upset me too, I really liked him. But I knew it was coming.
!!!!!!!END SPOILERS!!!!!!!!
Anyway, fave characters...
1. Sayid
2. Sawyer
3. Charlie
4. Hurley
5. Jin
I really like Evangeline, Matthew and dear Michael, but I could care less about their characters.
I love the first season, with all the interaction between my three fave characters, Sayid, Sawyer, and Charlie, those were easily the best episodes.

Yey for Ben swooners .
That's lame that they lost the rights. I remember seeing the commercial for LOST when I was in the UK and it was pretty cool. Yeah, Channel 4 bought the rights to a package of TV shows including LOST, but they were only really after Desperate Housewives, so even though LOST provided 4 with their biggest hit in years, they weren't that bothered as they still had DW. So, in the UK the ratings for series 3 have gone down about a million, as not everyone has Sky, who now own the rights. My eldest brother has Sky, so he's taping them, but I have to wait 6 weeks before he can bring us 6 episodes. 
OMG! I almost forgot! For the second episode of series 3, right at the end of the credits, there was a little clip of Jack, Locke etc sitting on a sofa watching a TV in the hacth and ME appeared as Ben on the screen telling us to go to Sky.co.uk!! I was so excited that they had got him to do a little thing for us Brits!
