Mmmmmm...so, I've realized...this season is more of a "light bulb" season, where things are starting to make sense. Or are brought to light.

Yeah....like...why couldn't Ben have left the island for his op or why couldn't a doctor have been flown in....if Ben really let Mike and Walt go home....and he really would have let Jack go home...and Juliet really is going home....why couldn't he have left....
Another connection - Eko and Claire. The fake medium Claire went to was also husband to the woman who's daughter came back from the dead, and who Eko was investigating and through her received a message from his brother.

I caught a bit of the Daily 10 tonight and they said LOST lost (lol) 2 milion viewers since the last episode and this is the least amount of viewers the show has had since it's been on ait  . Wow...2 million....but fear not my friends...ER used to get over 32 million viewers when it started...it now has over 11 million...but there is such a fan base they dare not just cancel it. And LOST has caused much more of a stir than ER.

2 million ain't that many.
I highly doubt they'd cancel it. Because, it's just too amazing! And, I highly doubt, such a popular show would be cancelled if only 2 million didn't watch out of...how many? XD

Yeah, your right Monty. I'm not saying they won't move the last ever episode forward a series or two, but they won't just suddenly cancel it before people know what the hell it was all about.

LadyofRohan, Another Sawyer fan and you think he's hot? (high fives LadyofRohan) I must agree 100%...he's hot...  . Especialy when he talks...that accent he's got going... . Ooh, and I found a picture of him waring his glasses in season one and...  Well, to the point that I added it to my sig. Sawyer in glasses...
He's totally my favorite character on Lost as well though. I mean I like the dynamic of Sawyer. I like that he won't let anybody hurt him again. To me it seems allmost like he won't let anyone close enough to hurt him, you know what I mean? Except for maybe Kate...hope that that doesn't come back to get him...
I can sympathize with him too. To have your family destroyed like his were and need to resort to the same life style as the the orginal Sawyer and be all alone with all of that guilt building up...I feel so sorry for him. I think he needs a hug and some serious talking to and I would be than willing to give him both.
Gilraen Ringeril, Des did look kind of cute last week. Not Sawyer cute but still not bad at all.
I really liked it last week when we got to see him with Penny again. I kind of liked them together. They had some real chemistry.
Michael Emerson is 54?! Wow, I wouldn't call him cute/hot but there is no way that I would have thought that he was 54. 45 or so sure but 54? In honest i probabley would have just guessed him to be about 42... He indeed does look younger than he is.
Personaly I don't like Ben. However the actor must be pretty good actor because he's supposed to be disliked (I suppose at least by some of the viewers) and I do dislike him. He makes me so mad...and the bad thing is that half of the time I don't even know why. lol So yeah thumbs up for ME but as for me I sure would like to have a go at yelling at Ben. (laughs) No offence meant to ME or any of his fans though.
Banana_Republic, I read that bit about Lost losing viewers and I nearly fell out of my seat. I can't beleive that it slipped in ratings this early. That's aweful;. Well, maybe they'll gain some more new viewers too...I mean I can't be the only person out there who is new to Lost...surely not. So pehaps the ratings will go back up. I certainly do Not want it to be cancelled...it's to good to be off air like that any time soon.

Oh, Swayer is great. I mean, he's the reason I stuck with LOST when the going got tough. And I LOVE the fact he does put on a "tough guy" act - I think it's to stop himself being emotionaly hurt again. I felt really sorry for him when he and Kate were just hauling rocks and he knew there was nowhere to go, so there was nothing he could do. He deserves some happiness and I think with Kate (they go so well together) he may find just that.
Des is really good looking (go Brits go!). I like the story about him and Penny and the fact although she's the daughter of a rich man, she still loves and wants Des.
Nope, he was born on 7th September 1953. In Iowa. How sad am I eh? I can't even tell you the birthday's of any LOTR cast members. Don't mind the Ben fans DD - we know he's going to be hated/disliked etc as he is shown to be a "bad guy". As long as people don't diss the actor... ..I'm good with that. He's an Emmy winning, theatre-experienced actor....so technically he has the most acting experience, and has really made Ben a "good" bad guy.
No, there is no way they would ever cancel LOST. I mean how many people are in the USA? And they have lost 2 million viewers? Chicken feed. Nothing to worry about at all. Any popular show is bound to lose some viewers as you can't keep the ratings the same all the time.
EDIT: Oh and I have a question to ask the Americans in this thread...whcih is like everyone excpet me....in the episode where Kate and Sawyer...err..*ahem*...when that was kinda happening, did the scene change to Ben and the "Bearded Man" talking about it or watching it, and then Ben sort of turns towards the camera with his glasses on...and the room was kinda like a greeny bluey color? Because I've seen a Kate/Ben video on the internet and there's a scene just like that...but I never saw anything like it in the UK version of that epsiode....any ideas?

No, I believe that's a different episode.
The episode with Ben and "Mr. Happy" are talking is the one where Ben goes all Bobby Bouche on Sawyer lol, sorry a Water Boy reference meaning that he beat the bleepitybleepbleep out of him. I believe that's the fourth episode. Funnily enough that was the episode when I realized I had a thing for Ben. Guh you get such a good close up of his eyes in the end...he's so hot lol.
The one where Kate and Sawyer....*cough cough*.....is the sixth episode and the last one before the long four month break.

Hmm....I'll have to find that video and have another look at the clip....maybe what they were watching on screen was just Sawyer and not *cough cough*. Lol, I'm not sure if I liked the fact Ben was beating Sawyer up really....although he did kinda show us he's not just a weedy character.... the guy has some stregnth...but then again he let himself be tortured when he had a tumour on his spine....how's that for strength.
Juliet...meh....I don't like her. Like I've said before, I think she wants a change and she's just acting for herself....and she'll do anything to get what she wants...._________________
