I loved the wheelchair bet...that was great.
The thing about the toothpick, how come it kept moving around? I liked that the answer to the guy's symptoms wasn't something medical for once, but wouldn't the toothpick just get stuck somewhere?
I loved the music at the end of that episode, though.

I liked the music too, elemmire!!
Well, it would've been easier if the toothpick would just get stuck somewhere but it kept poking through major organs, so it was causing more of a problem than necessary.
