I wonder why the killer always uses pictures of dolls on the miniatures.

It IS interesting --- I don't remember if they've established why yet.... I'm quite curious though!!

But it is disturbingly similar to Sara's past though.
What we see is that the MCSK takes different angles and shots of the same doll bludgied up, and we know Sara has been abused as a child before being sent to foster care --- which also adds evidence to the possibility that the MCSK knew Sara in foster care.
