If you talk about immortal in that way eowynfaramir4eva then I think I'd rather be mortal, because I wouldn't want to live forever

I guess i'd like to be mortal. It makes life a great adventure, and by the time you'd get bored, you can die happy, right? Immortal sounds great, but I think it would be like being caged. Everybody in you life comes and goes, but you're stuck on earth forever. Death is just a path we all must take once the time has come...

Mortal. I don't think I could deal with living forever. Once you've seen and done everything once there is really nothing left to do but wander on in this world watching everything that you know and love fade into nothing but a memory. There would be nothing left but sorrow and grief. I'd feel trapped in the world and there's no way out. Everything has to die at some point. Death is just a part of life that we all must face.

"I choose a mortal life."
Life is overrated. Living forever would be the closest thing to hell. Being immortal might sound like it would be good and beautiful, but I think I'd hate it. I'm not really afraid of death, unlike most people.
It would be nice to be an Elf, and to be young forever would be nice (I never want to grow up. I have Peter Pan complex.), but immortality is not for me.

"Death is our constant companion, and it is death that gives each person's life its true meaning."
(I can't cite the source, sorry)
I'm not afraid of death itself, but more of the way I die. I'm terrified of hospitals and the thought of having to spend my last time there, either because of an accident or because of a disease that would slowly draw all life from me.. *shudder*

Um, probably immortal. I wouldnt care if I didnt live a normal life and everyone I know dies. Or "I'd rather live an ordinary life than die and go to Heaven." I guess its a tough choice then...but I voted for immortal.
