VERY true! Another good thing to do is give them a very strong quirky side, take one of their faults [vanity, lust, hate, anger] and blow it to enormous proportions.

I love writing about obsessive charries- so much fun! All of y people tend to be a little outrageous and obsessed w/ something, which may be the effect of too much Invader Zim.

Invader Zim? That was such a great story line. I didn't think anyone actually watched that.
The protagonist/antagonist. How is that even possible?

I'm at a loss.
Do any of you think that the name Payne is just horrible? I like it and want to use it, but everyone says it's just horrid to name a character Payne...

^If you like it, go ahead and use it! I don't think it's a bad name.

My friend Valorie kept asking me why I'd name anything after such a horrible feeling... and I LIKE the name Payne.

It is a rather good one, but the problem with it really is that it's commonly used as a last name.
(erm.....haven't posted here in awhile)

Payne? Eh, it's not bad. I'm not a huge fan of the spelling... Paine maybe?

Paine is just so final fantasy to me, and the only reason the character was dubbed as Payne was because the idea for said character came to me when I was agruing with a friendboy at a baseball game and his name is Payne.
RL Payne wanted to order twenty of everything from the concession stand and wouldn't stop pestering me, but anywho....
And a common lastname? In what? I've never heard it as a last name...

Yeah, it's a pretty common last name. And the name Payne just reminds me of Major Payne, that terrible movie. And Paine, is that Final Fantasy, I wouldn't know.

What! You don't like Major Payne? How awful! I simply adore that movie!
But I see where your coming from, it was to... dry for lack of a better word, for my mother as well.

I'd say so to. By the way, which character were you going to use this for, or did you get the name first?
