Step 1. Crop your base to 100x100 px. Duplicate base, set to screen 100%. REPEAT 3 times. [varies depending on lightness of original base.]
Step 2. Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Color Balance>
Midtones; +45, 0, +15
Highlights; +10, +5, +5
Shadows; -75, 0, 0
Step 3. Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Hue/Saturation>
Reds; Saturation; +50
Cyans; Saturation; +55
Blues; Saturation; +50
Magentas; Saturation; +30
Step 4. New Layer> Fill with a shocking orange (#FB6705)> Set to Saturation; 20%.
Step 5. Duplicate base, drag to top and set to Soft Light, 100%.
