Do you have the EEs by the way? I only own the normal versions of the movies and I was wondering which additional Aragorn scenes have already been included in the EEs.

Yes I have the EEs. The Aragorn scenes are
-A scene with him and Brego.
-A scene were he and Boromir fight
-More Fight scenes with him.
-An extended paths of the Dead Scene.

More Aragorn scenes always sounds great! Did Aragorn and Boromir fight against each other? I would have never imagined that. And the Brego scene must be wonderful (because of both Aragorn and the horse ).
I think I'll maybe buy the EE's when they get cheaper. Altough my parents will think I'm mad, as I already own the normal versions.

EDIT: It's great that the second round of the avvie contest is up. I'll try my best to get an entry in within the deadline, but I can't promise anything, as my A-level exams will start in a week and as I'm pretty busy with learning. But I'll definitely try to spare some minutes for making an avi!

I hope you get the time to make one. For the Aragorn anf Boromir fight, it was in FOTR and they were having a verbal arugment. Boromir dosen't want Aragorn to go down the Anduin and he says it's time for him to trust his own people.

You're not crazy for wanting to buy the EE versions and then having the orginals. I had a firend who's sister has both. I have ROTK orginal on Video.

Well, I've fortunately managed to make an avi over the weekend and I've entered it today. Graphic making becomes more and more fun.

I know a few people who own the EEs and the originals as well, but my parents think the normal versions are enough. They don't like LOTR that much and thus can't really understand why I want to have two versions of the same movies.
I think I'll definitely buy them someday. I'll only wait until they get a bit cheaper, because each EE costs about 30€ and I don't really want to spend 90€ on DVDs. But the normal versions have already become really cheap, so maybe they'll reduce the EE's in price as well this summer.

Sometimes. The best thing about the EEs is the documentares. They have photo galleries and behind the scenes stuff. It's really cool.

Yep, I can imagine that. I've already enjoyed the special background stuff that came with the normal versions, so I guess I would love all those documentaries as well . I'd love to see all the funny scenes, when the actors forgot their text and so on...

I think the best fan video I've ever seen is the Hero one that you can find on YouTube. I think you've posted it here in the club some time ago, but unfortunately I can't find the link anymore. But I hope you know which video I mean. It was really great.
