His cold eyes drifted to Portia, then back to William's soul.

Will looked toward Portia with a struggled beginning in his mind. Should he go and be safe with Elizabeth? Should he give up his soul to save Portia? Should he go to extremes to save Jack?
Remaining silent for a few seconds that felt like hours, Will turned back to Jones and said, "I know that you are not a man to bargain, Jones. However, I will offer you my soul if you free Portia and my father. I am of much more use to you than him or her. This is my last offer."
His eyes told no lies nor did they shift, but instead they stared into Jones' slimey face with truth.

Portia shook her head and said nothing else. She bit her lower lip softly and slowly looked down to the ground. She was a little surprised that Jack hadn't said anything to butt in, but she didn't matter at that point in time. The only thing that did matter was Will and Jack's safety.

Looking to the slimey hand that had grapsed his arm, Will's mind raced.
And that was it...he made his decision....it was the right thing to do....
"Let Portia go. She is of no use to you. Take me and free her, Jones. That is my decision," Will said sternly even though he knew it would cost him freedom and Elizabeth...

Portia was shocked with the decision that Will had made. She just stood there staring at him with wide eyes and her mouth agape. She started stammering a bit and watched him closely. "W-w-w-w-Will!" She exclaimed to him, in disbelief.

Jack was even suprised "Willaim? What ye doin'?" replied Jack with a very confused face.
Davey Jones smirked, "Done'a. Welcome to the crew'a line, Mist'er Turn'ar!"
With a chuckle Will was thrown into Jack's cell, and Portia brought out.

Will stopped himself from ramming into the bars by placing his hands out in front of him. His eyes looked to Jones and then to Jack.
Sitting next to Jack, Will said, "She is a woman, Jack. She deserves to have freedom."
Looking to Portia, Will watched as she was lead away.

Portia looked over her shoulder frantically and she tried to slow Jones down from taking her above deck. "WILL!" She yelled at him and was then taken upstairs. She couldn't believe what he had done. But now, it was time to help the two men that she had grown to love as brothers. She would strike at night. She just had to find Gibbs first.
