To the peoples of the Earth,
Tremble at my call! The battle cry is issued, and the Tartars will march to the ends of the Earth!
Behold, I of humble birth now rest my boot on the necks of the greatest of kings; my hand has swept aside all who resist my dominion. So be warned of my strides, which shadow the ages, and fear my hosts, numerous as the sands, for no mercy will be accorded those who resist.
All those princes who rightly cower before my glory will come to Samarkand and sign over to me their lands, lest they be brought to ruin. This is the last warning to all of those enclosed within the worlds bounds, for soon wars will be waged, and all defectors brought to heel!
