Jack quickly found them and cocked his gun. It were two girls but Jack hardly cared. Jack had more than enough experience to know that when desperate, all people were potential enemies. He placed the gun within inches of one of the girls' head and said, "Stop. Turn around with your hands up."

Kira stopped in shock at the fact that there was actually someone else in there. She knew that there was one, but, once she found all of the supplies, the thought had kind of faded from her mind. Turning around, Kira looked into the man's eyes and showed him clearly that she was not armed from dropping the knife and handgun to the floor.

"You," she said, "You are the one I saw running into the hospital earlier aren't you?" Pausing for a moment, Kira thought that she needed to find a way to get the man on her side. Studdering slightly, Kira asked, "You.. are a doctor aren't you?"

"More like a medical student," Jack said bitterly. "I still have an idea about all of this, though. I would love to know what you're doing in my hospital."

Kira smiled. She was at least getting somewhere. Continuing the conversation, she gently stated, "We came here because I saw someone run into the hosipital earlier. We have a friend that is wounded and in need of stitches, but that is really the minor reason. The true reason is the leader of our group is slowly running out of time...."

"Like there isn't anyone else who are," Jack said cynically. "I'm trying to find a cure for the aging sickness. I have yet to figure out the pathogen but I just acquired a subject so that shouldn't be too hard."

Bella watched the two carry on the conversation in shock she reached down to put her hand on her gun but found that it was missing-the strap had come unlatched. She stepped closer to Kira and waited to see if there would be a fight or not.

"I am hoping to look for a cure also," Kira said apathetically, "I don't know much about the medical stuff but I can help. I am able to do things I am told, and I can actually think."

Kira wanted desperately to whispher back. However, they were not the one's in control of the situation. The medical student wotj the gun was. After all, Kira had made sure that both Bella and her were unarmed before trying to negogiate not to die prematurely and maybe even ask for help.

Kira, however, was able to take a quick glance over at Bella in a way that told Bella that Kira didn't really know what was going to happen, but she was going to try her best to get both of them out of there alive.

Shonnalen didn't sleep, she did however take a cold shower and chage her cloths. She dressed in a light blue strapless tank and a pair of kackie bell bottom hip huggers. She decided to go a little wild and put on dark eyeliner and blue eyeshadow, then a little pink sparkle lip gloss. She decided to leave her silver blond slightly curly hair down to air-dry, then headed dwon to the makshift kitchen where she saw Trudy, Bret, and Jackson. "Good morning all." She said and retreved a multigrain bar from it's hideing place, "I'm going to go out for a while. Keep an ee on the place will you Bret?" She asked as she headed toward the gun room to gather a wepon or two. She hadn't seen Kira or Bella sence the night before and she was beginning to worry.

Aliana headed back to her makeshift room lost in thought. Kicking off her boots and removing her weapons, she lay down on her bed but found little rest. After about half an hour of staring into space, she rose with a sigh as she pushed back strands of her dark hair. Slipping on her boots once more she grabbed a change of clothes and her guns and headed for the showers. After taking a quick cold shower she changed into a black tanktop and formfitting black pants. Her side and back were a bit tender from where she had been struck, and bruises were starting to form, but it was nothing serious and she paid little heed to the injury. After strapping on her guns, she slipped on her boots and headed for the kitchen to grab a quick bit to eat. Seeing Trudy, Bret, and Jackson there, she nodded to them in greeting. “Hello, everyone.” she said, with a slight smile. With that, she grabbed a bar and headed out to survey the premises of the mall, wanting to make sure no other danger would catch them unaware.

Bret nodded and said good morning to Shonnalen and Aliana as they came into the kitchen. Jackson greeted them with little more than a glance.

"We could go to my room." Bret said in response to Trudy. The kitchen was going to be getting busy now that it was morning.

Trudy stood up and walked twards that way.she knew Bret probably had something importent to say. she probably wouldn't like it. but she loved and respected Bret like an older brother. she sat down in a little chair in his room. " so...yeah what were you going to say?" she asked smiling at him

Shonnalen quickly made her way into the the hospital. Her stomach churned momentarily from the smell of the plague and rotting flesh, but she quickly got used to it. It wasn't long befor she had located the room where Bella and Kira were being held at gunpoint.
Shonnalent thought quickly and decided to take the stairs instead of the elevator. She motioned for the two girls not to give her away, then cocked the gun she carried and said, "Drop the gun."
