Boys >>>> Girls
At least they're able to tell aloud when they have a problem with you... whereas girls will go and write a book full of bad things about you.

Do not worry, you shall be over them in no time
How can you go out with two girls? That's really a TERRIBLE thing for you to do. Don't you know that we girls have feelings? I will refrain from internet-slapping you.
I talked to Carly today and I have a feeling we're going to be friends. I had a second break up with him today with her. It was quite humerous if you ask me.
I'm just upset, though. He said he'd tried to tell me he didn't like me any more like, a week ago, and now that I look back I think he did. I was just so stupid in wanting everything to be alright and for him to love me like I loved, and still do, him. It made me blind to everything else.
So I ask you this, friends, how do you stop loving a person?

I know you have feelings but why would I stuck on only one girl while there are more girls out there besides you more beautiful. Anyway, I understand your reaction even though you slapped me several times via Internet.
There is a common reason for that kind of relationship: He got bored of you, Memory and threw you away so rashly. Sorry nature of men.
But why do you bother? you could find guys who are better than him, could not you?

Do you mean, like, purposely making yourself stop loving them, or something else?

I think it really takes time for your feelings over a person to fade. Once someone breaks your heart, you've got to gather all of the pieces and that could potentially take a while. I think we've established this guy is obviously pretty bad (going out with two girls at once? that's sick. how could he have had any feelings - okay, I'll stop) but that doesn't change that you've got a heart to mend. Having friends to go through it with will help. Never hesitate to tell us about it here if you need to rant!
I also think it is a wise decision to focus on boys as 'friendboys', not 'boyfriends'. This is definitely a better tactic than going out with lots of boys and hoping one sticks, as a lot of girls do. When you're friends with a guy instead, you get to know him before dating him, and your heart gets broken considerably less.
What you've been through really stinks, Memory. But hopefully you'll get through it a stronger and better person.

Wow, it's been a while since I've visited this club!
Memory, I am so sorry. That hurts so much! But in a way, your teacher was right: don't let boys be your identity.
How do you stop loving someone? You don't. Let me re-phrase that: you can eventually lose your affection for them, but you can never forget the person you loved. If you love someone that passionately, you can't ever forget about them. Loved ones will leave a marks on your heart, and they're either happy memories, or scars.
That's why girls [and guys] need to respect themselves and their own hearts. It is so important to keep it safe. Only surrender it to hands you know will keep take care of your heart, and not abuse it. It's so easy for girls to wear their heart on their sleeve -- to just give it out to any guy and then they get hurt.
I'm not trying to say you need better judgement, Memory. I'm sorry you were wrong about this guy. He didn't take care of your heart like you thought he did.
Captain Faramir, I understand where you're coming from. I know that sounds weird coming from a girl, but I've read some really helpful books and stuff. You go out with two girls at a time because you can. These girls are easy to get, and so you don't have to work hard to get them.
It's like someone gives you this really, really nice car, and tells you that it's yours for the day. No expenses -- just do whatever you want with it, and at the end of the day you can just bring it back without paying anything. What would you do with the car? You'd totally trash it up! You'd do crazy insane moves and tricks...who cares if it's completely banged up, scratched and dented? You bring the car back and then leave.
But what if you had to pay for this car? You had to pay thousands and thousands of dollars for this beautiful, amazing car. What would you do with it now? Would you fly around town, trashing it up? No way! If some kid even got 2 feet from your car, you'd start protecting it, "No one touch my car!"
Do you get what I'm saying? Wouldn't you rather have to map out how you're going to get this girl, and have to work hard to recieve her affection and respect and trust? And then... you get her...and she's yours forever! You've won her! Doesn't that make her all the more cherishable? [That's not even a word, but you get what I'm saying.] Wouldn't you want a girl who will really love you, and who you can treasure forever?

I am working too hard to understand lol. I understand what you mean. Great and beautiful girls come when you actually do no effort to gain them. Believe me that is so true. I have seen with my bare eyes. But you have a point when I have the chance to go out, why do not I go with two girls at a time? but handling both of them is very hard. I have not had experienced yet but hoped to experience sooner or later.
Coming to the end, I know I speak a lot for an ordinary man forgive me the problem is that here I have one young life and I am not gonna spend it only by being with one girl. There will be other girls definitely. And for your last sentence, I have a very good answer if girls are that dump(I do not like using this kinda word for a girl) to fell for me, then that means she has not got any clue about who I am.

Thankies Bunchies friends!
I'm just nothing but concerned now. Carly was so ugly to him when she didn't even have a reason to be ugly, other than being ugly on my behalf.
And today Jordan wasn't eating at lunch.
I acted like I was going to the bathroom and walked by him, laying my hand on his shoulder and bending to whisper to him that he needed to eat and continued on my way.
When I came back he was walking back out from the lunchline with a full plate.
Do you think he'll ever realize that I almost obviously care more about him than she does?

Why do you care about him anymore? This is the part I do not get it. He dumps you but you cannot. I hope he comes back to you

Yes, I really agree with what you guys have to say. Sometimes when I have a crush (like now), I try to remind myself that this girl isn't the only girl in the world. Nor was that girl specifically designed to, well, serve my pleasure. It's harsh but in the end, it's comforting.

It's true. Sometimes the bitter truth, though it hurts more, is better than a lie.
To give my own input into your reply [Captain Faramir] to Memory's post I'd like to say that sometimes it's hard to let go. Other times [and this may just be the case] you have let go, but you still care about the other person and you just want whats best for them even if you know you can't be with them. You're showing them that you can rise above the petty things they did to you and show them how they should have acted.

It's actually really funny, and we had a good laugh at lunch about it. Qiraston was having a fit saying, "I ain't puttin' nobody down, but there was 3 of you and your the only one who's even mature! it's ridiculous!"
Yeah, that me and my friends' philosophy. When you can't reason anything out of it, then why not mock it? lol!
and I was actually the one who did the dumping.

See! Laughing it all off always helps. Just think how he feels now. I bet he's definitely regretting his past actions with that other girl.

He's still stupid! It just makes me angry!
Carly says he was acting normal until lunch, and then started acting all depressed! I think he's doing it to get my attention, personally.
It's quite infuriating.
