^No, if I'm on the right page, I think we're discssing the possibility of a WT party in the chat room. We tried to have one a few months ago, but it just never got rolling. Hopefully, if we get in contact witht he mods soon enough, we can book the chat room just for us. It would be a Welcoming Team member get-together only.  _________________

^Yep, I agree. It would be wonderful if we could have the chat-room only for the WT-members. I really looked forward to the last party, so it was a pity that it didn't work out. Alright, seeing as school is winding down for most of us, let's start up the discussion for this party again!
If we still like the idea of two parties, we have to make sure they don't correspond with the movie-watching party. That is, if we still want to try and reserve the chat room for us.

yeah that's a good idea. Well I think we just have to find two dates where as many people as possible can attend a party... I'm gonna be on holiday from the 7th til the 21st of July, but I'll be around all the other time.

^Well, it doesn't really matter. I honestly think that two will make it more possible, now, because we really want everyone to be able to make it.
How about one during the last week of June [because the first week is too soon] and one during the first week of August [because school starts right around mid-August for a lot of schools]?
Also, how long should they be? I'm guessing two or three hours?

Maybe we could just book the chat that entire day so that everyone will have a chance to be on. And the last week of June sounds great. How about on a Saturday? That always seems to be a good day.. or maybe a Friday?

As for dates. *shrugs* Whatever works for you guys. I don't go anywhere of a weekend, and I'll be unlucky if you choose a weekday when I might not be around.

I think the weekend is definitely a good choice.
Perhaps that would work, Larael, but I'm not sure if we will be allowed to have it just to ourselves for the entire day.
