But seriously, I wouldn't worry overmuch, guys. The ending is...bittersweet. It is beautifully tragic and tragically beautiful. There are many circumstances under which a parting of ways can occur; don't always assume it's the worse possible one. There will be smiling through the tears.
(And in case the quote is read the wrong way, don't be hating Lizzie either. It is no more her choice than his.)

I think I will need Gandalf to misteriously pop into the theater and say that, too.  _________________
