"We're not.." Elizabeth replied without hesitation. "Will and I are getting married tommorow. If you want us to look for Jack, you'll have to wait."
She looked at Will with pleading eyes, but she knew somewhat in him had changed since he'd heard the pirates speak of his father and she whispered: "Will..?"

Will's eyes shifted around on the floor beneath his feet. Thoughts and emotions were sifting through his mind a million miles a minute.
Looking up to Elizabeth, he sadly released his grip on her. Then facing Joanna, he said, "Where is my father and where will we be goin?"

"Ever hear of Davy Jones? I'm sure Jack knows where he is... he can lead ye right to your father, if you'll first lead us to Jack." That wry smile was back on her face again, seeming to taunt them.

"Will..!" Elizabeth exclaimed, disbelief was on her pale face. "We are not going to look for Jack for this bunch of pirates. We were supposed to get married tommorow!" She took a few steps back from Will, her eyes had widened. What had come into him? Why couldn't he wait a few days? Hadn't he told her that she was the most important person in his life?

Feeling guilty, Will's shoulders hunched downward as he turned to face Elizabeth, "Yes,.....I know." Thinking quietly for a few moments, Will continued, "And we will get married, but not tomorrow, Elizabeth. Come with me. We will hunt down Jack Sparrow, so that I can see my father. He's alive, Elizabeth. I've thought he was dead all these years. He's all I have from my family."
He took a few steps toward her, but decided not to touch her in case she wanted some breathing space.

Joanna turned her head back to the crew and winked before loking back at Will and Elizabeth. "Come along then! The crew an' I have business to settle with Mr. Sparrow and I'm running low on patience. We'll just need to comandeer our ship, the Silver Gypsy from the Redcoats and we'll be on our way, savvy?"

(( Sorry, Elizabeth isn't going..She just can't come along..  She'll follow Will to Jack of course.. perhaps she can meet up with Norrington? ))
Elizabeth took another step back, shaking her head. "No Will," she whispered. "I'm not coming with you. We were supposed to marry tommorow. Isn't that the most important? You're father will be there too the day after tommorow, but I .." Her voice broke. She couldn't believe this: a bunch of pirates burst in on the night before their wedding and told they were looking for Jack, that Will's father was alive. And Will just believed them..? He was to leave with them now..?
Slowly she turned and walked to the staircase. He had to choose, it was her or his father.. but in a strange way Elizabeth felt that Will had already made his choice. _________________

Will's eyes pleaded with Elizabeth silently to come, but eventually they turned determined, "I'm sorry Elizabeth. I do love you, trust me. However, I must find my father. I must.....there is something yearning within me to see him....now..."
He stepped toward Joanna and her crew, but turned one last time to Elizabeth, "I will be back, I promise. Wait for me...please..." With those last words, he stepped out of the mansion shutting the door behind him.

Elizabeth didn't look back for Will. A tear fell down her pale face and went up the stairs. She couldn't wait.. she wouldn't wait. She would find Jack before those Pirates did..she didn't know why, but she felt Jack was the key in this situation so she had to look for him.

((We're just going to skip a few scenes here to get to Cannibal Island quicker... ))
The group set out from Elizabeth's house, prepared to take back the Silver Gypsy back from the Redcoats. With the task accomplished, they set out to Tortuga, where Jack would most likely be found, and asked around to see if he had been there previously. Finally one man said exactly what they wanted to hear. "I seen a ship wit black sails... abandoned on the shores o' the Isle de Pelegostos. Also known as Cannibal Island. Ye migh' be able to find him there..." The man continued gathering supplies to load onto his boat. "Best o' luck to ye."

Joanna looked through her telescope where the Black Pearl sat on the white sandy shore. "This must be it," she breathed, lowering the telescope and turning to Will. "You'll lead us there." Then she walked across the deck and gave the order to bring them ashore.

Will looked at the lush green island before them. The waves crashed hard against the side of the ship and the sound of the seagulls could be heard amongst what sounded like a thunder in the jungle. Will decided not to mention this, but instead hopped into a rowboat ready to go ashore.

(( I guess Tortuga is the best, so I'll skip to that ))
Elizabeth left the house that same night. She didn't listen to here father rambling about a certain Lord Beckett who'd arrived and told him she'd to leave.
Tortuga was the same as ever and she was glad che'd changed her dress for man-like clothes. Eventually Elizabeth ended up in an inn with alot of drunk people, to inform whether they had seen Jack, _________________
