Yeah pretty random, this is me singing Carl Orff's In Trutina
I recorded it today in the recording studio at my school the quality is good except for a few parts where there's funny noises lol I don't know what happened I'll try to fix it.
Anyways feel free to listen to me sing:

If anyone else here have recording of themselves singing or just saying Hi to everyone on the forums post it!

Paula, from one that takes voice lessons, that was amazing! You've obviously studied. Good support, good pitch, everything! May I ask how old you are? I'm really taken aback!

Awww thanks so much Nienna! you're so sweet And I would go to your shows when you become a model! lol I think I would actually like to make an album someday just to showcase all the styles I like to sing in
Nienor thank you for your kind comment that's very encouraging, I am a little old I turned 17 in march *sniff* I miss the days when I was 12 and singing classical music adults always are more impressed with children who sing classical like Charlotte Church
That's great that you take voice lessons! so do I ^^ although I'm currently on hiatus from it, what kind of music do you sing? Maybe you could post your voice too

You're all so kind! *blushes* Thanks so much, wow all your lovely comments are so encouraging, can you believe I actually gave up singing for a little while because all the competitions I was doing was so stressful and no fun at all. It's so much nicer to just sit down in a quiet studio and record, I think I'll definetly record more there's a couple weeks left of school if I record any more songs I'll post them here

PAULA! You are AMAZING! I'm shamed. I don't sound anywhere near as good as that. Quote: 12 and singing classical music adults always are more impressed with children who sing classical like Charlotte Church Haha yeah, I'm twelve and when I did my first concert, the Bach's St. John's Passion, all the adult choir members were like, "They're so little!"

I've been taking voice lessons for a year...but I've still got a long ways to go. The sorts of music my teacher has had me sing are actually showtunes, because I have a very quiet voice naturally. Just now I've started getting louder, it's very exciting. We sang Danza Danza Fanciula for the All State and District auditions, but that's the only italian besides Caro Mio Ben, which everyone sings.
I perform at least once a year in my school's performances of Gilbert and Sullivan shows. Last year I was Ella in Patience, this year Peep-bo in the Mikado, and I'm hoping for the part of Gianetta in Gondoliers next year. We have our Yeomen of the Guard show tonight. I'm a lowly chorus member, but it's so fun! There is no other set of plays that builds a chorus like Gilbert and Sullivan...four part harmony is very good for sight reading, and it forces people to work together. And I'm happy to say we sound pretty good. I'm working on getting a copy of the most recent show on the internet...but I don't have a solo. As for recording my voice...I don't know...it's not very developed yet.
****edit****
My mother, who has also had voice training, just listened, and she says your voice is really well developed for your age. Beautiful.
